Scott Leggett Tell us what you see in the market? The market feels like it's on its way back up. The pressure between low inventory and increasing demand is moving prices higher already this spring. We have had a number of higher quality properties in the neighborhood bid up over asking price which is always a strong market indicator. Describe your own dream home. I have a few ideas of dream homes, here’s one of them: a modern glass, steel and concrete home designed by my son. It will look stunning on a large slightly wooded lot beside a lake that's big enough for windsurfing and water skiing. The interior will be finished in fine materials, with spacious yet private spaces.

Floor to ceiling windows with sweeping views make this corner home nothing short of spectacular. The comfortable floor plan with ample light is complimented with cherry cabinets and granite counters. a wonderful second home for them. Everything went without a hitch, and they have been busy settling in before a grandbaby arrives this summer. •
