Most segments of the market are moving, with prices ranging from $200,000 to $6 million and above. In July alone, 12 deals were done in the East/West Vail area, 8 in Eagle Vail, and an incredible 27 transactions in Beaver Creek! The graph below shows the 5-year trend of new written contracts in the month of July. Some highlights include: • 78% increase in new written contracts in July 2012 compared to July 2011 • $119 million in new deals in July alone.
