In 2024, we navigated a challenging market shaped by significant industry changes, limited inventory, and elevated interest rates. Despite these obstacles, Slifer Smith & Frampton rose to the occasion, achieving growth in nearly every market and demonstrating the dedication, expertise, and resilience of our brokers, aswell astheir abilityto overcomechallengesfor our buyersand sellers.

In the Roaring Fork Valley, the average price per square foot was up 20%in 2024 over 2023 Overall sales transactions were down but sales prices and sales volume were both up and despite the increase in price per squarefoot,therewasno decreasein sold versuslist price Wedid,however,seelonger dayson market up and downtheRoaringFork Valley Aswelook toward 2025,inventorywill continueto stabilize,easingthe extremeshortagewehaveexperienced for several years,and pricing will continueto stabilizeaswell Now we are through the uncertainty of election season, people seem to be more inclined to buy Insurance will continueto beachallengeand havingtheright broker to help navigatethesewaterswill bemoreimportant thanever

Despite the widespread industry changes, the SSFRFVteam didn? t skip a beat and had a very successful 2024. We completed the sellout of two developments in SnowmassBase Village ? Aura& Cirque Viceroy ? with 71unitssold for atotal salesvolumeof $557,546,730.In early2025,wewill launch salesfor Stratos,the final ? and largest ? residential sales project and the crown jewel of the Snowmass Base Village redevelopment.Our teamalso assisted withprovidingmoreaffordablehousingintheRoaringFork Valleyby partnering with Habitat for Humanity on the L3 project in Glenwood Springs which will convert 88 studio andone-bedroomapartmentsinto deedrestricted condominiums.
