OUR HISTORY & LOCAL OWNERSHIP • Slifer Smith & Frampton have been leaders in Vail Valley Real Estate since 1962. Rod Slifer started selling mountain real estate in Vail, Colorado the same year the mountain opened. • In the 1980’s, Harry Frampton and Mark Smith left Vail Associates as President and Vice President and formed a new development company called East West Partners. • As time progressed, they formed a complementary real estate company and shortly after, joined forces with Slifer, becoming the leading real estate company serving the valley–Slifer Smith & Frampton.
