A MUCH-LOVED GOLD COAST ICON HAS REVAMPED AND REBRANDED, STEPPING UP THE STANDARD OF LUXURY AND SERVICE.

After months of renovation and an investment of $35 million, the transformation of Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa into JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is complete – the first JW Marriott property in Australia.

Named after the founder of the Marriott Corporation, the JW Marriott brand, with its distinctive luxury philosophy, will resonate with discerning travellers who seek “exceptional, thoughtfully crafted services and experiences”. Each of the 223 rooms and suites has been upgraded with décor and a soothing coastal-inspired palette, reflecting the ocean, sky and Hinterland surrounding this exceptional resort.

This theme continues throughout the hotel, from its signature restaurants Citrqiue, Misono and Chapter & Verse lounge bar to the new Japanese whisky bar with outdoor terrace and café and in-house provedore, JW Market.
