PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT The importance of a photovoltaic power plant is known by everyone and quantified in the produced power. At the level of construction it may be the most important aspect and the most diversified component is represented by structures. The structures are different depending on each plant, being mostly in accordance with the ground where are mounted. Any project requires a geological study, it should follow the technical parameters and furthermore should comply with the environmental parameters of the area of mounting.

After many years of research and work in the sites or in the offices studying technical projects and chasing to solve issues from real life of construction we have successfully “built� our own product, SKELETON. The brand SKELETON is the sum of our past experience, present and future experience. We assume this because at this moment are able to provide any type of structure that is required on the market based on any technical project required. In the mean time we try to innovate in acquiring best results in technical performances at economic profitable manners for our customers, but anytime keeping highest standards of quality.

FACTORY Founded in 2008, the factory was started by young professionals but with years of experience in research of materials, products, ideas. Basically everything that we designed in years of work resulted in the production processes and products manufactured following the technical projects developed. Production capacity always focused on structures for photovoltaic parks, but we offer products for almost all categories of steel constructions. With many partners in this area we created the opportunity to offer customers various types of equipment.

THE ELEMENTS THAT CARACTERIZE SKELETON ISOFIX MAKE
THE INSTALATION QUICK AND EASY Poles are made of a cylindrical profile with a diameter of 60 mm and a thickness of 3,2 mm made of galvanized steel. At the base of the tubular elements two helices with a diameter of 160 cm are inserted. Cross-members are made of a S275-235cylindrical profile made of galvanized steel, with a diameter of 76 mm and a thickness of 3.2 mm. The T section tilted beams (dimensions: 55x50x25x2), are made of aluminum profiles in order to eliminate possible occurrence of the oxidation-reduction phenomena.
S275-235 Fixing plates and regulations are made of galvanized steel, completed with a M8 U-shaped fixing element and M20 bolts.
M12 Hexagonal Bolts and Nuts are made of 8.8 class white galvanized steel.

To continue our ideology of supplying services at 360°, SKELETON may also provide to its customers the assembly of the structures and the installation of the modules. This is an additional service, besides the manufacturing and supplying of the structures. For the structure assembly service, currently SKELETON has 120 specialized people that are permanently working in this area. The teams have worked on different projects covering most part of the structuresâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; designing models which are present on the world market. The projects performed exceed 250 MW and this number is still increasing due to active markets as U.K. and Germany where the company is present and ready any time to start a new project.
MOUNTING SOLUTIONS
For the ground mounted projects for which, due to the structure type, the service of piles driving machines is required, we have in our portfolio specialized machines and specialized drivers assigned only for this work. We pay a lot of attention to this type of service, because it represents the basis element of structures and modules quality assembly; in this respect we use people with many years of experience assigned only for this work and state-of-the-art models of equipment. Due to the team work in many of projects, we have the flexibility to work for different projects in parallel, or all together for big projects being capable to adapt to any request. The most important details for us are: the quality comes first and reduced time to finish the projects. For achieving these targets we have projects managers and site managers with years of experience that work hard to get from people highest quality standards in short periods of time. Our project managers are operating base on studies, courses of specialization and obviously based on years of experience, even if the team comprises mainly young specialists. To complete the site construction services for a photovoltaic power plant, the assembly division of SKELETON owns specialized and accredited people for electrical works. We may perform all the electrical works that a site requires inside, or outside of the plant up to network connection point
for all steps of voltages. From cables to transformers or inverters continuing to the connection route we are working and offering the proper solutions that assure to the plant high performances after connection. This service may come also with the engineering part of designing and establishing the connection routes, the electrical designing in order to optimize the production and to minimize the losses of the electrical equipment.
Aluminium is 100% recyclable! All scraps occurring during production go back to the smelter. We assume the complete disposal for all Aluminium framing supplied by SKELETON.

Our engineers in the production and installation department make ensure that within the photovoltaic parks, where the SKELETON structures are installed, the same structural resistance performance is maintained.
