Over the past 4 years, our results have proven beyond any doubt that DRSIR is the leading luxury real estate company in the Dominican Republic. Last year our team set out to achieve a 40% market share of all resale properties sold within the Casa de Campo® Resort, and we accomplished that goal. Our Gross Sales Volume of resale properties during 2020 far exceeds that of any competitor. Having placed under contract both the # 1, # 2 and # 3 most expensive properties of 2020 (Vista Chavon, Boca Chavon and Caleton), those add up to around $ 20 Million in just 3 properties alone. Not to mention that DRSIR sold more properties over $ 2 Million in 2020 than any other competitor. The proof is in the numbers. While our nearest competitor is out focusing on entry-level properties and raw land, Dominican Republic Sotheby’s Realty is out there marketing Casa de Campo’s® most luxurious resale properties around the world and closing the most significant transactions year after year. Additionally, DRSIR’s innovative technology platform allowed for the inclusion of more than 50 collaborating brokerage companies from Santo Domingo. During 2020 DRSIR sold or placed under contract over 35 resale properties located within Casa de Campo® resort. Another milestone is DRSIR’s expansion into the Punta Cana area. We have established another beautiful office in the business district of Punta Cana, and we have entered into an exclusive listing and marketing relationship with Puntacana® Resort, a relationship which only DRSIR has. The unique sales and marketing relationship between DRSIR and Puntacana® Resort is another achievement based on DRSIR’s results, which speak for themselves. I am so proud of our team, I am so happy about DRSIR’s achievements, and I am so satisfied of where we are today as professionals, as a team and as a brand. In the past, part of our marketing focused on how DRSIR’s results compared to those of our competitors (remember, we were just beginning and started from zero in Q4-2016). However, those types of comparisons will no longer be the case going forward. They are no longer necessary. Why? Because we have nothing more to prove; our results speak for themselves. Every year 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, DRSIR has been in first place or tied for first place in number of sales and gross sales volume in the Casa de Campo® market. Just look at the staggering significant sales achieved in 2020; no other company sold anything above $ 3.5 Million, yet DRSIR sold 3 properties over that number, with one placed under contract for $ 8.5 Million. But the bottom line is that we accomplished everything we set out to accomplish and overcame all the obstacles that we have encountered throughout our journey to date. Everything that we have accomplished we have done with 3 sales agents offering the highest level of service, utilizing an unmatched world-wide marketing platform, and utilizing the most advanced technologies available in the market today. The community knows this, our competitors know this, and most importantly our clients know this. Here forward we will barely mention our competitors; it is no longer necessary. Here forward, we will focus on our clients, on our expansions, on our continued fine-tuning of our exemplary service, and on continuing to be the leaders of global sales and marketing for properties located with the Casa de Campo® Resort … and now Puntacana® Resort as well! As we enter 2021 we find ourselves having had our best sales year ever, having sold the majority of our exclusive listings last year, and thus, we are in need of more inventory to sell. Durante los últimos 4 años, nuestros resultados han demostrado sin lugar a duda que DRSIR es la empresa líder en bienes raíces de lujo en la República Dominicana. El año pasado, nuestro equipo se propuso lograr una participación de mercado del 40% de todas las propiedades en re-venta vendidas dentro de Casa de Campo® Resort, y logramos ese objetivo. Nuestro volumen de ventas brutas de propiedades de reventa durante 2020 supera con creces el de cualquier competidor. Habiendo colocado bajo contrato las propiedades # 1, # 2 y # 3 más costosas de 2020 (Vista Chavón, Boca Chavón y Caleton), estas suman alrededor de $ 20 millones en solo 3 propiedades. Adicionalmente, DRSIR vendió más propiedades por arriba de los $ 2 millones en 2020 que cualquier otro competidor. La prueba está en los números. Mientras que nuestro competidor más cercano se está enfocando en propiedades a nivel de entrada y terrenos crudos, Dominican Republic Sotheby’s Realty está mercadeando en todo el mundo las propiedades de reventa más lujosas de Casa de Campo® y cerrando las transacciones más importantes año tras año. La relación única de ventas y marketing entre DRSIR y Puntacana Resort es otro logro basado en los resultados que DRSIR logra año tras año. Estoy muy orgulloso de nuestro equipo, estoy muy feliz por los logros de DRSIR, y estoy muy satisfecho de dónde estamos hoy como profesionales, como equipo y como marca. En el pasado, parte de nuestro marketing incluía la comparación de como resultados de DRSIR comparan con los de nuestros competidores (recuerden, comenzamos desde cero en el Q4-2016). Sin embargo, esos tipos de comparaciones ya no serán el caso en el futuro; ya no son necesarios. ¿Por qué? Porque no tenemos nada más que probar; nuestros resultados hablan por sí mismos. Cada año 2017, 2018, 2019 y 2020, DRSIR ha estado en primer lugar, o a la par del primer lugar, en número de ventas y volumen de ventas brutas en el mercado de Casa de Campo®. Solo miren las asombrosas ventas significativas logradas en 2020; ninguna otra compañía vendió nada por encima de $ 3.5 millones, sin embargo, DRSIR vendió 3 propiedades sobre ese número, con una de ellas puesta bajo contrato por $ 8.5 millones.
