Music Ministries: MALE: Thursday 28th @ 7 p.m.
WORSHIP LEADERS: There is still a need for Worship Leaders. If you are able to volunteer for one month, it will be appreciated. Please see Ms. Anita Chapman.
United Methodist Women (UMW): The new Black History Devotional Booklets are available for a small donation of $5 each. Please see Diane Mewborn or any member of the UMW team. The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship: and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
REACHING OUT TO THE COMMINITY ODU: The non-profit organization, Through HIS Hands, in partnership with the ODU campus ministry, IGNITE, will be starting a Student Food Pantry Mid February for ODU students who are food insecure. We are looking for churches in the district, who would be interested in collecting canned goods/non-perishables for this Student Food Pantry. If you are interested in this project, please talk to the pastor.
