Cecil had three pet mice named Cedric, Alice and Stacy. Every chance they got, the mice escaped rom their cage and got up to mischie around the house.

Once,
Cecil ound the mice in the itchen. Cedric was stuc in a sauce pan. Alice was eating a stic o celery and Stacy was trapped inside a cereal
box. 3
The next day the mice had escaped again. Cecil ound them in the bac yard. Cedric had his head stuc in a ence. Alice had chewed through a bicycle tyre.

Stacy was trapped inside a ceramic pot. “Stay in your cage,” Cecil said to each mouse.

That night Cecil decided to ma e a bloc ade around the mouse cage. He too his pencils, glue and card and started wor .

The next day when the mice wo e up they discovered a circus surrounding their cage.

“Hope ully they will not eel the need to go exploring again,” said Cecil.
