Fred the frog has a problem. Trig, the gruff, green troll, will not let him cross the creek. STOP! Come with me.

Fred hops off in fright.
Up comes Skip the clown. He is smart. He has a plan to help Fred. 2
“If I do some clever tricks for Trig, you can swim across when he is not looking.”

The plan is a winner! Skip must go, but Trig grabs him. Come! Have lunch with me. No!
Trig looks glum.

“I might look a fright, but I am not a problem. I just need a pal.” I have sweet plum broth for lunch.

So, Skip had lunch with Trig. I like this broth.
“Thanks pal. No problem.”
