Our investors will acquire shares in a UK company which will hold a select number of Galliard properties. SELL YOUR INVESTMENT Investors have two options to try and sell their shares; either on the ‘Resale’ Market, or via the 5-yearly exit protection. The Resale Market is our online secondary property marketplace where investors can trade their property shareholdings with other investors at any time, and at a price of their choice. The 5-yearly exit protection ensures that every five years after each fund raise closes, investors will have the option to try and sell their investment, based on an assessed market valuation from an independent chartered surveyor. The Property Club will assist investors in selling their shares, however, as with all property investments, The Property Club cannot guarantee a sale will be achieved.

EARN RENTAL INCOME After the Galliard guaranteed 3% p/a interest return on investment until practical completion of the properties as discussed above, investors will then be able to earn rental income once the properties are tenanted. Investors will receive all rental income on a monthly basis in direct proportion to their shareholding. The Property Club charges a monthly fee of 10.5% (+VAT) to cover letting and management costs. Investors can chart the performance of their assets and review monthly independent valuations of their properties. Funds paid into their account (via rental income or proceeds of the sale of any shares) can be withdrawn or reinvested to build their property portfolio.
