RESUMING WORK POST THE LOCKDOWN


Dear All, We hope you have gone through our Workplace Wellness and Preparedness guide that details our proactive and preventive measures for a safe and hygienic workspace. The lockdown relaxations are allowing employees to return to work with some restrictions around maintaining social distancing. Below are some safety measures that we all can follow for a safe return to the office.


BEST PRACTICES BEFORE LEAVING YOUR HOUSE

Regularly measure and monitor your body temperature

Carry and wear your own mask always

Use cloth/ gloves/ napkin when touching surfaces

Always carry an alcohol-based sanitizer with you

Employees are recommended to carry home-cooked food to oďŹƒce

Employees are encouraged to carry their own water bottle and basic cutlery


TRAVELLING TO/ FROM WORK BEST PRACTICES

Use personal vehicles and ride/ drive to office.

Avoid using Public Transport. If not possible, maintain distance and wear a mask.

If you are being driven, ensure that the driver follows all precautionary and preventive measures against Covid-19

If you walk from the drop off point to office, ensure that there is sufficient distance between you and your other colleagues.

Avoid travelling in groups.

Do not use AC in the car and always keep the windows open


MEASURES TO FOLLOW WHILE ENTERING THE OFFICE PREMISES

Wear a Face Mask, its mandatory

Sanitize your Hands

When in the lift, adhere to the floor markings

Display your identity card at the gate

Please fill the Self-Declaration form on Smartworks Mobile App. If unwell, please stay at home.

Sit at your allotted workstation and avoid moving to other desks.

Undergo Thermal Temperature Check

Avoid over-crowding the lift. Use the staircase to reach your respective floors, wherever possible

Follow social distancing markings throughout the facility.


MEASURES TO FOLLOW INSIDE THE OFFICE

Don’t organize too many face to face meetings, leverage digital platforms

Follow staggered lunch and break hours

Maintain social distancing in the pantry while getting a beverage

Avoid eating at your workstations

Sanitize your hands, laptops and mobile phones frequently

Use digital payments as much as possible within the premises


MEASURES TO FOLLOW IN THE COMMON AREAS

Do not overcrowd the washrooms

Do not go for breaks in groups

Follow the staggered lunch timings

Do not share food, drinks or cutlery

After ďŹ nishing your meal, vacate the cafeteria quickly

Clean your hands regularly using a sanitizer

Conduct virtual meetings as much possible

Do not overcrowd meeting rooms, follow the seating arrangement and do not leave behind any personal belongings.

Avoid shaking hands.

Keep washing hands regularly.

Follow highest levels of hygiene in the washrooms.

Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth

Dispose your USED masks, gloves and tissues in the designated garbage bins.

If you cough or sneeze do it on your elbow.
