Where you have answered incorrectly, read the guidance, and then review that topic again. ·· Use the exercises to further consolidate your learning. Remember, this course is not just about passing an exam; it is to give you an awareness of the importance of PRINCE2 in real-life. ·· The Case Study slides show you how PRINCE2 might be used in a fictional organization ·· Remember you can contact a PRINCE tutor at any time, and you will receive a response by email reply within 24 hours. ·· The purpose of the Foundation Certificate is to confirm you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2 method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2. The foundation level is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner Certification. There are 2 objectives of this course. The first is to make it easy for you to learn about PRINCE2. You also want to pass the exam! It is the aim of the course to satisfy both. As you go through this course, you will be introduced to many new concepts that are likely to be unfamiliar to you – for this reason we recommend that you revisit this course a second time after completing it, to reinforce the concepts you learnt.
