Application Of The Research Measures
Introduction Research strategy is the particular strategy to be used by the researcher regarding the proper planning and the execution of the researchers in an effective manner. The most systematic progressof the researchprocess can be maintained with the help of the research strategy (Clark & Ivankova, 2015). The different research strategies have been used in these ten articles in a broader manner such as: Case study, experiment, surveys, interview conduction, the content analysis, the online survey. Interview: In one article the interview among the managers have been conducted to get their view about

point.
Cases study analysis: In two articles, the case study analysis has been used to highlight the situational

manner.
Online survey: In three articles, the online survey has been done to target the mass population. Questionnaire: The questionnaire has been used in two cases to target the employees of specific firms Content

Sampling There are basic two types of the sampling method from the theoretical point of view. They are simple random sampling, and the stratified random sampling (Bradley, et al., 2004).Out of these two methods, the simple random sampling has been used for the current purpose in the used ten articles. At the same time, both the probability and the non-probability sampling method have been given preference in these ten articles for the effective data collection. The simple random sampling use to offer
the

data.
Ten sample articles in the form of the case study have been collected from the top academic journals
as per the requirement of the topic of the research. The list of the journal articles assessed are as below:
Intangibles: theory, categories, and the Kozminski matrix(Spender, et al., 2013) ( Qualitative)
The impact of intellectual capital management on company competitiveness and financial performance(Aino, et al., 2013) ( Quantitative)
Linking human, technological, and relational assets to technological innovation: exploring a new approach(Gregorio, et al., 2013) (Quantitative)
The entropic intellectual capital model(Constantin & Ivona, 2013) (Qualitative)
Towards an econophysics view of intellectual capital dynamics: from self-organized criticality to the stochastic frontier(Bill, et al., 2013) (Qualitative)
An empirical analysis of the IC Navigator approach in practice – a case study of fiveManufacturing firms(Kelly, et al., 2013) (Qualitative)
Strategy development based on intangibles in SMEs – an integrated approach(Markus & Kai, 2013) (Quantitative)
Intellectual capital model for family firms(Enrique, et al., 2013) (Qualitative)
Monitoring intellectual capital: a case study of a large company during the recent Economic crisis(Daniel & Ahmed, 2013) (Quantitative)
Strategic management of intellectual capital in firms: attempting to bridge the gap between theory and practice(Jose & Salmadon, 2013)( Mixed)
This wide range of data is sufficient enough to establish the in depth view of the research outcome.
Measurement The ten articles are sufficient enough to give the perfect set of the wide range of qualitative and the quantitative data to highlight the important aspect of the research topic. Thus, the measurement of this collected data redirects to the fact of the collection of the secondary established data rather than the collection of the primary data. But, the primary data was also suitable for this elaborate research discussion, as the requirement of the research is based on the detailed idea about the knowledge research and the practice management for the differentindustriesacross the global market. Thus, both the primary data and the secondary data were sufficient enough to make this research outcome stronger. The first article has represented the detailed information regarding the application of the Kozminski matrix regarding the discussion about the strategic significance of a firm’s intellectual capital management. The second article has discussed regarding the capital management concept across the three different nations such as Finland, India, and China to get the broader view of the study topic. The third article is all about the knowledge based economy, and the technological innovations of the firm. The fourth article is all about the intellectual capital model used in a firm, the fifth article is about the intellectual capital dynamics used in different industries. At the same time, the other articles also
have supported the data collection for the current research study in an effective manner. The sixth article has discussed regarding the Intellectual capital Navigator approach adapted by the five manufacturing firm, and the seventh article discussed regarding the strategy development based on IC in SMEs. Therefore, the articles not only helped to collect the data used in the bigMNCs but it also concentrated on the collection of the data adapted in the SMEs. Apart from that the capital model used in the family forms as per the eight article and the intellectual capital usage in the recent economic crisis situation as per the ninth article also has helped a lot in the conduction of the data collection. Last, but not the least, the tenth article about the application of the IC to bridge the gap between the practical concept and the theoretical aspect was proved as the most important one. Thus, the measurement of the data collection from the wide range of the articles is the most justified one. Order Now
