Chicken with Basil in Chili Sauce

re you bored with your chicken recipes? Does your family crave something different? Well, if you like chicken and love spice, then this is the meal for you. You can vary the chili paste to make this dish either more or less spicy.


INGREDIENTS: 10 oz. chicken breast (cut into pieces approximately 1 inch square) 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp. fresh chili paste 3 tbsp. fish sauce 1 tbsp. palm sugar 2 cups basil leaves


PREPARATION: 1. Heat the olive oil in a wok at a medium high heat setting, then add the garlic and stir until fragrant and the color changes to yellow. 2. Add the chicken and fry for approximately 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is tender and golden brown. 3. Reduce the heat to simmer, add the fish sauce, palm sugar and chili paste and continue to fry for a few more minutes, then add the basil leaves and stir for one minute. 4.
