Day 1 Flight departure from Malta Meet at Malta International Airport followed by check in for your flight to Spain. Upon arriving in Girona or Barcelona (depending on date of departure), you will be transferred to your hotel followed by room allocation. Day 2 Barcelona Embarkation Breakfast is followed by room check out. Enjoy some free time in the morning. A coach will transfer you to Barcelona cruise port. After check in and assignment of your cabin, you may then begin exploring the many facilities this ship has to offer. Ship will set sail at 1700hrs. Day 3 Cannes, France Flowering gardens and palm trees line the curve of Cannes’ coastline along the promenade de la Croisette. La Croisette is a street to explore at a leisurely pace, drinking in the stunning seaside view. Or, how about a dance with France’ lady luck in the Monte Carlo casino? Enjoy the elaborate décor and architecture of the game rooms, featuring stainedglass windows, paintings and sculptures. High-class gambling requires high-class attire, jacket and tie are required for men. The casino opens in the afternoon. Day 4 Florence / Pisa (La Spezia), Italy A former fishing village at the border of two enchanting regions, La Spezia offers easy access to Tuscany and its great cities like Florence and Pisa and the Luguria’s rugged coast and terraced villages known as Cinque Terre. The celebrated Cinque Terre coast is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Day 5 Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy Whether it’s the Forum, the Sistine Chapel, the Pantheon or St Peter’s Basilica that sparks your interest and intellect, Rome is home to a lifetime’s worth of historical, architectural and spiritual sites. Explore the amazing history and culture of Rome. Travel through magnificent St Peter’s Basilica and view the Sistine Chapel. Don’t forget to toss a coin in the famous Trevi Fountain to ensure that you’ll always return to Rome. Day 6 Cruising Today is your first day at sea. Enjoy your time exploring this wonderful ship. Day 7 Cruising Another relaxing day at sea. Take the opportunity to choose from a traditional fine dining to endless buffets with custom-order action stations. For an additional cover charge, you’ll have access to a world of possibilities including Mexican Rita’s Cantina, Italian Giovanni’s Table, Japanese Izumi and an upscale Steakhouse Chops Grille. Day 8 Athens (Piraeus), Greece Admire some of the most important sites of Athens such as Constitution Square, the Monument of the Unknown Soldier, Temple of Zeus, Royal Palace and the Old Marble Olympic Stadium. The Acropolis is one of the most photographed and recognizable hills in the entire world. Wander around the picturesque streets of Plaka, the old preserved district of Athens with numerous shops. Day 9 Ephesus (Kusadasi), Turkey Today you’ll visit Ephesus, one of the most beautiful ancient cities in the world and learn its secrets. The city was dedicated to the goddess Artemis. Her temple was once considered the Seventh Wonder of the Ancient World and attracted pilgrims worshipping the female – first Cybele, then Artemis and finally the Virgin Mary. Discover among the ruins, an impressive amphitheatre, the Library of Celsus, the Temple of Hadrian, Scholastica Baths, the Lower Agora and Odeon. Day 10 Santorini, Greece Black-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters and whitewashed villages that cling to volcanic cliffs make the island of Santorini a wonder to behold. Volcanic eruptions have created beaches here unlike any you’ll see. The Red Sand Beach is one of the most beautiful. Stroll through the scenic village Oia, a haven for artists, and explore their shops, enjoy a drink while watching the amazing view. Day 11 Cruising Have you discovered all the amenities this wonderful ship has to offer? For sure the daily Broadway-style shows are a must. During a day at sea you can take a visit to the fitness centre. Day 12 Valletta, Malta Ship will enter Valletta port at 1000hrs. Barcelona City Tour

Begin your day with a stroll around the Barri Gòtic (Gothic quarter), enjoy fabulous views from Montjuic hill, and check out the Olympic village. Later the tour focuses on the charismatic architect Antoni Gaudi, and his magnificent masterpiece La Sagrada Familia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site for a photo stop. Also included on this day tour is Gaudi’s Casa Batlló, La Pedrera (Casa Milà) and garden complex Park Güell (entrance not included). Wednesday, 20 July Akureyri Was once a tiny trading post of 12 people, today modern Akureyri is Iceland’s second city and centre of its fishing and seaport industries. Rich cultural offerings include an Artists’ Alley, robust culinary scene and enduring folk traditions. Thursday, 21 July Isafjordur Flanked on three sides by towering mountains, Isafjordur, is a near perfect natural harbour. Close to the port is the Maritime Museum, located in one of the oldest houses in Isafjordur, which traces the life and history of the settlement. The oldest group of houses in Iceland are also here, merchant properties dating back to the 18th century. Friday, 22 July Grundafjordur Set in an idyllic fjord, the town is surrounded by exceptionally beautiful mountains. Saturday, 27 August Loch Lomond & Trossachs, Scotland Today after breakfast at the hotel, for those who wish to join us, we depart Glasgow and make our way to Luss a picturesque highland village which sits on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. From Luss our journey takes us through the dramatic Dukes Pass into the Trossachs also known as The Highlands in miniature due to its outstanding beauty. The name “Trossachs” comes from the Gaelic meaning “A Bristly Place”. We will make a stop for lunch (not included) in the bustling tourist town of Callander. Crammed with teashops Callander is often described as the gateway to the Highlands. Stirling Castle, is one of Scotland’s most important castles and is associated with many great historical figures. You will have time to visit the castle and hear about the key moments of Scotland’s long, violent and bloody history including Stirling Bridge where William Wallace (Braveheart) defeated a much larger English army in 1297 and Bannockburn where Robert the Bruce did the same in 1314. Today’s optional day excursion gives you the opportunity to discover the ‘City between the Seven Mountains’. We start our walking tour by visiting the famous Floibanen Funicular up Mount Floyen. This is one of Bergen’s major attractions. It was opened in 1918 with an altitude of around 300 meters, giving a magnificent bird’s view of the Port area and Bergen city. We continue our tour passing the Port area and the surrounding buildings. After stopping at the world famous Fish market, join the tour leader for a walk to Bryggen, the old Hanseatic merchant’s quarter, with its characteristic wooden houses. Wednesday, 31 August Skjolden, Norway Today’s port of call is Skjolden where we suggest you to join our optional excursion to the Sognefjell Mountain Pass which is the highest mountain road in Norway. It offers unrivalled views across Jotunheimen National Park, home to 27 of the nation’s highest peaks. You’ll travel the winding Sognefjell Mountain Pass, ascending Norway’s highest mountain road. Built in 1938, it offers magnificent views across Jotunheimen National Park. Marvel at the mainland’s largest ice field, deep green forests, plunging waterfalls and rippling glaciers. Bring your camera to photograph the postcard-perfect landscapes, historic sites and craggy mountain plateaus. Thursday, 01 September Flåm, Norway Today’s port of call will take you to a tiny village tucked inside Norway’s longest fjord, Flåm, known for its storybook setting and the thrilling railroad journey that showcases the surrounding splendors of mountains, waterfalls, calm lakes and bucoclic green valleys. We start our excursion by taking the famous Flam train to Myrdal where you will have time for a short photo stop. We continue our excursion by coach passing by beautiful scenery surrounding the steep mountain sides, waterfalls and deep valleys. We will pass through the longest tunnel in the world, over 24km which will take us through the town of Laerdal. On the way back we will drive over the Aurland mountain range with its beautiful view stretching 30 metres into space overlooking the Aurland Fjord. Friday, 02 September Stavanger, Norway Following a hearty breakfast, we highly recommend you to join our excursion. Monday, 26 September Cruising Day at sea. On such a ship there should never be a dull moment! On the Norwegian Star, you are sure to enjoy every moment! The ship’s animators will be organizing varied activities by the pool deck and other lounges (kindly consult your ship’s daily programme for timings). From traditional fine dining to endless buffets with custom-order action stations, there is a host of delicious choices included in your cruise fare. For an additional cover charge, you’ll have access to a world of possibilities including gourmet French, Japanese Teppanyaki and an upscale steak house. Tuesday, 27 September Cruising This last full day prior to the end of our wonderful cruise shall be spent at sea. We again shall have ample time to relax and make use of the facilities and other amenities this remarkable ship has to offer. In the evening you will be instructed to leave your luggage outside your stateroom as bags are transported ashore by NCL personnel early next morning. Wednesday, 28 September Copenhagen & Disembarkation Ship docks in Copenhagen at 0700hrs. Enjoy your last breakfast on board as your cruise holiday comes to an end, however your holiday is not over yet, as after disembarkation we shall be met by a local representative and be transferred to your tourist class hotel where you shall spend one night. After check-in it is recommend that you explore the city centre (public transport extra) with its charming canals, narrow winding streets and old houses, home of fairy tale writer H.C. Andersen, is known as Little Amsterdam. The lovely Danish Capital is the largest city in Scandinavia with a population of 1.5 million as well as the oldest established royal dynasty in Europe. Saturday, 09 July Flight & overnight Meet the tour leader at Malta International Airport at 0900hrs for the Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul departing at 11:05hrs. We proceed for our connecting Turkish Airlines flight to Stockholm, departing at 2100hrs. Upon arrival in Stockholm (at 2330hrs) we shall be transferred to an airport hotel for overnight. Sunday, 10 July Stockholm & embarkation After breakfast and room check-out, join the tour leader for the transfer to Stockholm cruise terminal for check-in on board the Serenade of the Seas. After check-in and cabin assignment, you may then begin exploring the many facilities this wonderful ship has to offer. Ship will set sail at 1700hrs. Monday, 11 July Helsinki, Finland After an early breakfast you may wish to join our optional excursion as we explore the city of Helsinki. After leaving the port we shall drive towards the heart of the city along the coastal road, before arriving in the neoclassical Senate Square. Perched above the square’s wide steps, you will see the domed Lutheran Cathedral. Designed by Carl Ludwig Engel, the square is surrounded by the University, State Council Building and Cathedral. As we continue our tour passing onto Mannerheim Street, the main thoroughfare of the city, you will see the Parliament House, National Museum and the Finlandia Hall. We return to our ship in time for departure at 1800hrs. Tuesday, 12 July St. Petersburg, Russia This morning we arrive in St. Petersburg, surely one of the highlights of this cruise! The ship shall berth in this wonderful city overnight and shall depart tomorrow evening. (Important note – All clients who wish to disembark and explore the city on their own, must obtain an entry visa for Russia from the Russian Embassy). Join our optional day excursion as we explore this wonderful city. St. Petersburg is rich in cultural heritage and a masterpiece of architecture that embodies the soul of Imperial Russia. Elegant façades, glorious cathedrals and grand residences were built along the city’s canals. The Hermitage Museum (incl. entr.) is one of the world’s greatest treasures and features more than 3 million exhibits. The bulk of the collection is housed in the impressive Winter Palace, the former home of the Tsars and one of the focal points of the 1917 revolution. Stroll along Nevsky Prospekt, the city’s main street for shopping and restaurants. Across the Neva River one finds the Peter and Paul Fortress, one of the first buildings constructed in the city. Wednesday, 13 July St. Petersburg, Russia Another incredible full day in St. Petersburg! After breakfast you may wish to join another optional day excursion visiting Petrodvorets (Peterhof), the town of palaces, fountains and parks which was the most brilliant of all the summer residences of the Russian tsars. It was conceived by Peter the Great to rival Versailles in splendour and indeed, one could spend the whole day enjoying the extravaganza of the fountain display. Thursday, 14 July Tallinn, Estonia Today we shall be entering the port of Estonia’s capital city, Tallinn, so after a relaxing breakfast we suggest you join our optional half day excursion. We shall have the possibility to explore the heart of the city including Toompea Castle, now home for the Estonian Parliament and the lovely Russian Orthodox Alexander Nevski Cathedral passing through various medieval cobbled streets. Friday, 15 July Riga, Latvia After a relaxing breakfast join our optional half day excursion as we visit Riga, the largest city in the Baltic States and capital of Latvia. Join our excursion of Oslo as we see the highlights such as the Akershus Fortress, the Parliament Building, the Royal Palace, and Nobel Institute. We pass through Vigeland Sculpture Park and continue through beautiful residential areas past the Holmenkollen Ski Jump and stop at a view point for a fantastic view of the city and the fjord. On the Bydgoy peninsula, we pass the Open-Air Norwegian Folk Museum and the Viking ship museum before arriving at Bygdoynes for a view of Oslo and the Oslofjord. Then we go to the eastern part of the city to Ekeberg and the Norwegian Maritime School, where we will have another view of Oslo. Before returning to the pier we will stop at the new Opera House. Tuesday, 30 August Kristiansand, Norway Today’s excursions shall be in Kristiansand. You’ll be delighted by this scenic drive and walk tour exploring Kristiansand’s storied history, which includes a fishing village, museum and historic high street. First, we visit the civic center and absorb the city’s colourful past along historic old high street. Then we admire colourful wooden houses and a picturesque harbour on a guided walk of Høllen’s historic “Fishing Village.” At the open-air Vest-Agder Folk Museum, we visit more than 40 historic buildings from the Setesdal Valley. Enjoy the spectacular views over the ocean and the waves smashing against the rocks below as we head back to our ship in time for departure at 6 p.m. Wednesday, 31 August Cruising Relaxing day at sea. Thursday, 01 September Klaksvik, Faroe Islands Enjoy an early breakfast on board as we enter the port of Klaksvik, the second largest town in the Faroe Islands. We suggest you join the optional excursion as we visit Torshavn, the capital of the Faroe Islands. One of the smallest and most pleasant capital cities in the world, Torshavn blends the historical and picturesque with all the features of a modern city. From Klaksvik, we shall drive through the 5.6km long tunnel (150m beneath sea level) between Klaksvik and Leirvik and start our journey southwards passing idyllic villages. Getting closer to Torshavn we shall use the scenic mountain road and stop at a viewpoint overlooking the capital. As we make our way to the city centre you shall have the opportunity to enjoy a short walk in Tinganes, which is the historic part of Torshavn. After some free time we shall return to Klaksvik before boarding the ship which departs at 5pm. Friday, 02 September Cruising Another relaxing day cruising. You may choose to check the ship’s daily programme, which amongst other activities includes a special lecture on forthcoming ports of call or perhaps a quiz or an arts and crafts class. Whatever your mood, there is almost certainly something happening every minute of the day. Saturday, 03 September Reykjavik, Iceland Today’s optional excursion is a memorable tour that will encompass the ‘Big Three’ – Gulfoss, Geysir and Thingvellir, collectively known as the ‘Golden Circle’. From the Quayside we will head to Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Leaving Thingvellir, the tour will continue to Gullfoss Waterfall, the most magnificent of the country’s many waterfalls. Here the River Hvita drops 96 feet in two falls, creating an awesome spectacle. Your last stop is at Hellisheidi Geothermal Power Plant, an impressive building with magnificent views over the surrounding lavafields and pillars of geothermal steam. We pass through Reykjavik’s city centre before heading back to the ship. Sunday, 04 September Reykjavik, Iceland After breakfast join us for an optional panoramic tour visiting some of the city’s highlights which includes a stop at ‘The Pearl’, Hallgrimskirkja Church, the spectacular harbour and coastline. With plenty of space, clean air and natural green energy – Reykjavik clearly revels in its reputation as being one of the most modern societies in Europe. Saturday, 23 July: Banff – Lake Louise – Yoho National Park - Banff Breakfast at the hotel. Today we shall enjoy sightseeing the Lake Louise area and Yoho National Park. We shall have the opportunity to admire the Valley of the Ten Peaks reflected in Moraine Lake’s turquoise waters and stroll the shores of Lake Louise, “Jewel of the Canadian Rockies”, with its stunning glacial backdrop. We then cross into the Yoho Valley to view such sights as Takakkaw Falls, if accessible, Emerald Lake, Kicking Horse Pass and the Natural Rock Bridge that spans the Kicking Horse River. Return to our hotel in Banff followed by overnight. Sunday, 24 July: Banff Breakfast followed by a panoramic excursion around the city of Banff, one of Canada’s most popular tourist destinations known for its mountainous surroundings and hot springs. We shall have the opportunity to see the Banff Springs Hotel, the Hoodoos and the surprise corner where a backdrop and Bow Falls in the foreground. We have included the Gondola ride to the top of the Sulphur Mountain where one can experience a bird’s eye view of six mountain ranges. It’s a definite “must–do” when one visits the Canadian Rockies. Overnight in Banff. Monday, 25 July: Banff – Glacier Adventure – Jasper Following breakfast and room check-out, another exciting day awaits you. We shall depart from Banff and drive through one of the nicest highways in the world, the Icefields Parkway, highlighted by occasional wildlife sightings, towering mountain peaks, tranquil lakes and cascading waterfalls. Enroute to the Columbia Icefield, stop off at Crowfoot Glacier, Bow Lake, and Peyto Lake (if accessible). While at the Columbia Icefield, a digital group photo will be taken with the magnificent Athabasca Glacier in the background. Upon completion of the Ice Explorer ride, your personal souvenir photo will be ready to take home so as you may remember this amazing adventure. An experience of a lifetime awaits you at the Columbia Icefield! At the Icefield Centre, shuttle to the Athabasca Glacier where you will board a unique, specially designed Ice Explorer for a guided tour onto the surface of the Glacier - a true Ice Age adventure! We then continue to Jasper for an overnight at Chateau Jasper (or similar). Tuesday, 26 July: Jasper – Maligne Lake After breakfast join us as we drive up the Maligne Valley. Our exploration will include a stop at Maligne Canyon for a gentle guided walk to the first two bridges above the gorge, a short stop at the “disappearing” Medicine Lake, and finally Maligne Lake. At this picturesque gem of the Canadian Rockies you can either relax aboard the famous Maligne Lake boat cruise to Spirit Island (not included) or enjoy a walk along the Mary Schaffer Loop (3.2km / 2mile – weather and trail conditions permitting). The Maligne Valley Tour is mainly a nature, scenic, and geological voyage but it is also an excellent opportunity to see some of Jasper’s wildlife. Wednesday, 27 July: Jasper – Lac Le Jeune Breakfast followed by room check-out. We then drive to Kamloops via the Yellowhead Highway travelling into Sagebrush Country and arriving at our destination of Lac Le Jeune. Thursday, 27 October Taipei (Keelung) – Taiwan The jade-green tiles that emerge dramatically from a mountain valley just north of downtown Taipei cover this museum, which holds one of the largest collections of Chinese artefacts and artworks in the world. Look for the famous Jade Cabbage—a large piece of the prized stone carved to resemble a head of bok choy—and a boat carved from a single olive pit. Friday, 28 October Cruising This last full day prior to the end of our wonderful cruise shall be spent at sea. Relax and enjoy the facilities and entertainment onboard your ship. The ship’s animators shall also be organizing a number of activities on various decks and lounges, so it’s entirely up to you to participate! For those who prefer quiet moments should opt for a relaxing sauna. Monday, 31 October Hong Kong Breakfast at your hotel. The most striking thing about Hong Kong is its pervasive mix of old and new. With ramshackle apartment buildings flanked by uber-modern high-rises, a rickety street-level tram clanking by above a state-of-the-art subway system, and wheelbarrows being pushed through the streets alongside Rolls-Royces, Hong Kong is a study in contrasts that constantly surprises. Add the former British colony’s strange brew of Asian and Western cultures to this endless series of odd contradictions and one thing’s for certain: this is a place you’ll never get tired of. After breakfast optional excursion to see the best sights of Les Baux de Provence. Soak up the stunning scenery in a private coach as you drive to Les Baux de Provence. Travel along the city’s paved alleys and stone houses and discover the Church of Saint Vincent, which is dug into the rock, and the Chapel of the White Penitents, a beautiful yet simplistic chapel located near the cliff’s edge. Perched at the top of the village’s hill sits Château des Baux (entr fee extra), an impressive castle offering exceptional views of the valley. We proceed to Avignon where we will be able to appreciate the Rue des Teinturiers and its famous water wheels. We pass by The Palais des Papes, the jardins du Rocher des Doms for a photo stop and we proceed to the heart of the town listed historic monuments. We return back to our hotel. Terms & Conditions Holidays in the programme have been planned and are operated by Orange Cruises Ltd (owned and operated by Orange Travel Group) hereby referred to as “the Company” and / or “the Tour Operator”. To ensure maximum client satisfaction, we want you to enjoy your holiday to the full and return both satisfied and relaxed, and above all, convinced that you have been given good value for money. The General Conditions have been laid out to ensure that the deal between the Tour Operator and the client is clear and fair to both parties. These conditions cover virtually every aspect of your holiday from the moment you book to the moment you arrive back home. As we want everyone to know where they stand with us, the General Conditions clearly spell out our obligations to you and your commitments to us when you book a holiday with us from our brochure.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

1. Your Reservation Once you have completed and signed the booking form and paid your deposit of €1000 per cabin on and have been issued a receipt by your travel agent, the booking is taken as confirmed and it is understood that you have read and accepted the accompanying terms and conditions. We will reserve your holiday. Your booking is also taken to be confirmed in respect of all persons travelling in your party. 2. Our Price Policy Prices in this brochure are valid at the time of publication. It is possible that at the time of booking, the actual price of your chosen holiday may have increased from that shown in the brochure which we reserve the right to do. We guarantee that the price of your holiday will not be subject to any surcharge whatsoever. Once you have made your booking and paid a deposit, then the cost of your holiday cannot be increased, except in the case of substantial currency fluctuations and/or increase of taxes or levies and/ or aircraft fuel increases imposed by airlines. A service charge of 3% of the cost of the holiday is being levied. The amount is included at the end of each programme together with the taxes. Prices for children are applicable for children under 12 years of age that are sharing with 2 adults. Gratuities on board the cruise are obligatory and not included in the package price. 3. Our Assurance on Standards and Assumption of Liability Our brochure descriptions are based on the information obtained from hoteliers and other service producers themselves. Hotel rooms and ship cabins are always small, (sometimes very small). The Tour Operator only work with hotels & vessels having single or twin/double bedded rooms. A room/cabin for 2 passengers may either consist of two separate beds or a matrimonial bed (which can also mean two beds pushed together irrespective of gender). Triple or quadruple bedded rooms are never available. A third or a fourth person wanting to share a twin/double bedded room, will most probably be given either a small extra folding ‘camp’ bed, a bunk bed, or a sofa bed, which will make accommodation quite uncomfortable. In America three or four persons wanting to share a room will always be given just two matrimonial beds, (separate beds for each person are not available). When two persons book a room for two, the Tour Operator reserves the right to either provide two separate beds or a large matrimonial bed. All hotels provided are not air conditioned and no fans will be provided, not even during extreme heat waves, (unless clearly specified in the programme). Breakfast is only provided when specified and when provided is always continental unless specified. Lunches and dinners are always served on three courses. No choice of food will be provided; neither changes can be accepted (e.g. having meat instead of fish). Portions served are always small/ moderate in size. When buffet meals are provided a choice is available. Drinks, including water, during meals are always to be paid extra. Use of minibar, telephone and T.V. in rooms is also chargeable to the client. Unless clearly specified all entrance fees to museums and shows, boat trips, metro or cable car are always extra. All optional excursions are extra and unless clearly specified they only include transportation costs by coach, entrances are extra and no local guides are provided. An optional excursion will only be operated if the minimum number of paying participants reaches 25 adults; if not the Tour Operator will have the right not to operate the said excursion and will be under no obligation to compensate the Client/s for not operating the said optional excursion; furthermore the Client/s cannot cancel their planned group tour or cruise because one or more excursions could not be operated due to either lack of bookings or for some other technical reason which is beyond the Tour Operator’s control. Prices are clearly marked in the ‘price box’, at the end of each programme. Only items listed under ‘Price includes’ are included in the package price. Please remember that brochures are produced months in advance and there may be occasions when an advertised facility or entertainment is not available during your particular holiday, especially if it is out of high season. Bad weather, essential maintenance or cleaning, lack of support or demand may all effect the actual availability of particular activities or facilities; So, for instance, can such things as local licensing laws, religious or local holidays, or local authority or governmental restrictions. Similarly, touring itineraries may have to be changed sometimes at short notice, due to weather, road or traffic conditions, mechanical breakdowns, police activity etc. Coaches are not air-conditioned (except when clearly specified on a programme) and do not have onboard functional toilet facilities. Swimming pools may only be heated in colder weather and the general standard of hygiene, public utilities, drainage, plumbing and services in general may not be the

same standards as in Malta. Each group tour is escorted by either a Maltese or an English speaking tour leader who will be responsible for the implementation of the programme according to the brochure. The tour leader is under no circumstance responsible to carry out work (unless for emergency), over and above the official programme and is not obliged to accompany members of the group around shops, flea markets or theme parks. Cruise companies reserve the right to change the itinerary due to bad weather or industrial action, in which case neither the cruise company nor the Tour Operator are liable to pay any form of compensation for the missed ports or the change of programme. If any portion of holiday is cost due to natural disasters, bad weather, industrial action, war, government restrictions or any matter of force majeure, neither Orange Cruises Ltd nor its subcontractors can be held liable to pay compensation or for damages incurred. As a responsible Company we feel it only right to point out these possibilities, however unlikely. If you have a particular problem, please inform the hotel reception desk and/or our representative in writing at the time so that, if possible, it can be dealt with there and then. Having said all that, we want to give the following assurance about our liability to you:- We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for all the holidays which are advertised in this brochure. You will appreciate, however, that we have no direct control over the provision of services to you by suppliers. 4. If We Change Your Holiday Arrangements a) Before departure date We plan our holidays to give you the maximum enjoyment. Although it is unlikely, we may occasionally have to change your holiday arrangements and we reserve the right to do so any time. For instance, Flight timings may change, a hotel may close down or be overbooked, we may have to amend an itinerary, or sales of that holiday may not reach a level which would be economical for us to operate. If we have to make any changes, we will inform you or your Travel Agent as soon as is reasonably possible before departure. b) After Your Holiday Has Commenced Very occasionally it may be necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, to change a hotel or some other part of your holiday arrangement after your holiday has commenced, in which event we will do our best to maintain the overall standard of the holiday arrangements. 5. If We Cancel Your Holiday Arrangements We may occasionally have to cancel your holiday arrangements. For instance sales of that holiday may not reach a level which would be economical for us to operate (minimum number of persons required to operate a tour is 25). We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your holiday and, in this event, we will return to you all the money you have paid us or will offer you an alternative holiday to purchase of comparable standard if available. In the unlikely event we have to cancel your trip, (unless for reasons beyond our control, i.e. industrial action, natural disasters, terrorist activities, breakdown of aircraft or ship etc.), the Tour Operator will refund you all money paid for the cost of your holiday plus, the following amounts as compensation (per person):Notification more than 15 days before departure nil Notification between 8-14 days - €25 Notification between 0-7 days - €50 6. Your Flight Details of your airlines we anticipate utilising are shown in the programme. The right is reserved to substitute alternative airlines and/or aircraft if necessary. Only flight timings are subject to confirmation and alteration. Our reservation system will show the latest timings as advised to us. Please check your flight tickets as soon as you receive them as they will show the final timing for your flights. Some flights may have intermediate stops en route and as factors effecting this are not always known before departure date we cannot always notify you in advance. Flights are subject to the granting of permits and licenses by authorities both in Malta and overseas. In the event of your flight arrangements being changed or cancelled as outlined in this section and sections 4 and 5, we accept no liability for extra costs or consequential loss arising, directly or indirectly, from any independent contract arrangements between the client and a third party. All flights are non-smoking. We cannot guarantee airline seats next to or near each other. 7. Cabin Accommodation types: Inside Cabins: No Window or Porthole Outside Cabins: have window or Porthole (Fixed), might be Obstructed Balcony: Cabins include a balcony, might be obstructed or Steel Enclosed Three or Four Berths: Cabins with two lower beds and two upper beds, sofabed or rollaway Cabin Allocations: When booking a cabin on Royal Caribbean and Celebtrity Cruises Group departure, cabins assigned are as GTY, meaning cabin numbers are advised near to departure date. Requests can be made however cannot be guaranteed, unless a supplement is paid to guarantee the cabin number on booking.

8. Conditions of Carriage Transport of any kind is subject to the conditions of carriage of the company providing that trip. These conditions are likely to embody the provisions of the law of the country of the company concerned or are likely to be subject to international conventions with government(s), any of which may limit or exclude the liability of the carrier (airline, coach, ship, etc.). YOUR COMMITMENT TO US 1. Booking Form And Deposits Your completed booking form showing all clients’ names as specified in your passport, must be accompanied by the appropriate deposit. No deposit is payable for infants under two years of age at the time of outbound travel. The person signing the booking form confirms that he/she has the authority of all other persons mentioned on that form to make the booking on their behalf and that he/she has already accepted the General Conditions. If you are booking a late-offer holiday any information and conditions issued in conjunction with that offer are also part of your contract. If in doubt you should check with your Travel Agent. 2. Balance Of Payment The balance is due for payment eight weeks before departure for land tours & twelve weeks for cruise tours (can be earlier for certain tours, ask at time of booking), or immediately if the booking is made within eight weeks from departure. If you book through a Travel Agent, you should ensure that you pay the Agent in sufficient time to allow payments to reach our Company by the due date. If for any reason the balance is not received by us by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel bookings and levy a cancellation charge as though there has been a cancellation in accordance with paragraph 4. If your chosen travel agent fails to pay in full (less the applicable commission) to the Tour Operator, the tour operators will be under no legal obligation to supply you with your holiday, so it is up to you to ensure that your travel agent pays the Tour Operator! Payments by credit cards are not accepted. No payments by cheque will be accepted less than 14 days before departure. As a norm we do not accept credit card payments, but if we do, we will have to charge you an administrative fee of 2% over the amount to be paid. 3. If You Change Your Booking Your booking can be changed upon request and subject to availability (rebooking). This can be done until 60 days before date of travel at the rebooking fee applicable at the time. Should you wish to make a rebooking after 60 days before date of travel, then booking changes can only be made, if at all possible, by cancelling the travel contract under the conditions stated in 6.1 and rebooking. Any form of alteration made to the date of travel, destination or place of start, accommodation, the cabin or mode of transport is considered as a change. 3.1 Replacements Up to the date of travel i.e. taking into consideration a reasonable amount of time for organisational matters, you may demand that a third party takes over all rights and liabilities of your travel contract. O.C. reserves the right to decline the third party should he/she not meet the travel requirements or should there be legal restrictions or an official directive against his/her participation. Should a third party enter the contract then he/ she and you are liable as co-debtors for the travel fare and the additional costs caused by the third party entering. 3.2 Name Changes At the time of booking all passengers names need to be submitted to OTG. Names need to be congruent with the valid passengers’ passports. OTG reserves the right to pass on the relevant charges applicable at the time for name changes after the option is confirmed. 4. If You Cancel Your Booking You can cancel your contract at any time before date of travel. As means of proof, cancellations should be made in writing. Your cancellation notice is effective upon receipt by O.C. Should you cancel your booking or not commence the holiday, O.C. reserves the right to levy charges for made travel provisions and expenses incurred. When calculating the charges, O.C. takes into account the services saved and the possible other use of the services. O.C. may claim cancellation fees expressed as a percentage of the travel fare according to the amount of notice given between cancellation date and departure date, as listed below. Cancellation fees: Up to 340 days before: €100 per cabin 339 to 120 days: €1000 per cabin 119 to 90 days: 25% of the total fare or €1000 per cabin (whichever is higher) 89 to 60 days: 50% of the total fare or €1000 (whichever is higher) 59 to 30 days: 75% of the total fare or €1000 (whichever is higher) 29 days or less: 100% of the total fare or €1000 (whichever is higher) *or applicable deposit amount per person (2 years of age and over) whichever is the greater. less than 90 days prior to departure. If cruises are cancelled more than 90 days prior to departure only the deposit is lost, unless the cancellation is made more than 180 days before departure in which case no cancellation fees apply. On scheduled service and charter flights, sea passages and coach transportation, the amount of cancellation charge shown above applies only in the event that any air tickets issued are returned to the Tour Operator, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge shown above applies. If the reason for your cancellation falls within the terms of your insurance cover, you may be able to claim a refund of your cancellation charges from the insurance company. In case of actual or potential outbreaks of Bird Flu, SARS, Swine Flu etc, or natural disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, floods, etc., or political turmoil, terrorist activities, act of war in a neighbouring country, industrial action, etc., clients will not have a right to cancel their holiday without incurring full cancellation fees as specified in these General Conditions unless either the country that is at risk or hit issues an official state of emergency for the area to which the Client is travelling, or the Maltese Foreign Office issues instructions that disallow Maltese citizens to travel to a particular country or area of a country. In case that a trip (or part of a trip) has to be cancelled for the above reasons, the Tour Operator will try its very best to recuperate all the funds possible on behalf of its Clients, but the Clients cannot hold the Tour Operator responsible for parts of the funds or of the holiday lost as a consequence of the above acts. 5. Your Holiday Insurance We highly recommend that you take out for yourself and those for whom you book our recommended holiday insurance or that you arrange a policy yourself giving comparable or better cover under all sections. 6. Your Responsibilities a) It is your responsibility to ensure that you and those for whom you are booking are in possession of valid passports which are valid for at least six months after your scheduled date of return to Malta and any appropriate visas. Be sure to check passport and visa requirements with your Travel Agent well in advance particularly if you are a non-Maltese passport holder. Maltese nationals need visas for travel to a number of countries including the USA, Brazil, China, Egypt, Turkey and Russia and it is up the each Client to take care of his / her own visa for countries having such requirements. Should a visa not be issued, or withdrawn after issuance, or should a country refuse entry to a client for any reason (including invalidity of passport), the Tour Operator and, or his suppliers / subcontractors cannot be held responsible for damages or for partial or full loss of the holiday and any financial consequences will have to be borne by the Client. You are responsible for any charges, fines etc. that may be levied by authorities in Malta or overseas for non-compliance of regulations in this area and any such amounts will be recharged to you. b) Similarly, it is your responsibility to check with your doctor as to what vaccinations or inoculations are advisable for your chosen destination. c) Airline regulations state that women 28 weeks or more into pregnancy at the time of return travel must have a medical certificate of fitness to travel. d) You must be responsible for a reasonable standard of behaviour by yourself and by those for whom you have booked. We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a client if their behaviour is, in our opinion, or in the opinion of the airline pilot, hotelier or accommodation owner or manager or other person in authority, likely to cause distress, danger, damage or annoyance to other customers, employees, other people or to property. You understand that we shall be under no liability to pay any refund or compensation to, or costs incurred by, any person whose behaviour is thus unacceptable. 7. If You Have A Complaint We do our best to give you an enjoyable, trouble-free holiday, but occasionally even the best laid plans can go wrong. If you have a problem or complaint relating to the overseas part of your holiday you must advise in writing our tour leader, representative or agent in your resort at the earliest opportunity in order that it may be investigated and we have the opportunity to resolve the matter on the spot. In addition, you must notify us in writing within seven days (7) of the date of your return from your holiday. Because of the difficulties of investigating a complaint too long after the event, we will not accept liability in respect of claims received after the seven day period, and/or which have not been reported in writing to our representative or the supplier in resort. 8. Jurisdiction and Choice of Law The relationship between O.T.G. and the passenger shall be governed exclusively by Maltese Law and the Courts of Malta shall enjoy exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.
