There are various ways to experience this natural wonder: hiking, kayaking, biking or enjoying the views from a high mountain summit. The fjord stretches inland some 10 miles, surrounded with towering mountainsides, and fed by gushing waterfalls, including the Seven Sisters, the Suitor, and the Bridal Veil. Day 05 - Bergen Today you will arrive in Bergen, the second largest city of Norway. Explore the city on foot, the unique UNESCO medieval settlement, wander around the narrow cobblestone streets and learn about the area’s unique architecture and culture. Visit Bryggen Wharf, one of the highlights of Bergen, then hop on board a funicular to enjoy panoramic views over Mount Floyen. Don’t miss taking pictures of the incredible view from the thundering Kjosfossen waterfall. Wednesday 10th September - Geiranger Explore the stunning Geirangerfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage site celebrated for its spectacular natural beauty. Visit iconic landmarks such as the Seven Sisters Waterfall and the Bridal Veil Waterfall. Take a scenic drive to Dalsnibba for panoramic views of the fjord and surrounding mountains. Ship will set sail at 16:00hrs. Thursday 11th September - Bergen A Medieval settlement, wander around the narrow cobblestone streets and learn about the area’s unique architecture and culture. Visit Bryggen Wharf, one of the highlights of Bergen, then hop on board a funicular to enjoy panoramic views over Mount Floyen. Continue and visit the Hanseatic Museum at Bryggen Wharf that gives an authentic picture of the working life of the German merchants and the apprentices, before returning to the ship.
