OUR PRODUCTS
We proudly make all of our products in the USA. Our letterpress products are printed in our Boston studio and our flat printed products (either offset printed or digitally printed) are produced in Massachusetts. GREETING CARDS Printed on FSC certified paper
made from 50%-100% pcw. Cards come paired with a coordinating envelope and packaged in a clear sleeve. Sizes: 4BAR = 3.5” X 4.875” A6 = 4.625” X 6.25”

BOXED CARDS
4BAR cards are packaged 10 in a kraft box with clear lid. A2 cards are packaged 8 in a clear box. A6 cards are packaged 10 in a clear box. BUNDLES We’ve created bundles of products to make
ordering new and popular items super simple. You’ll also save 5%! If we are out of stock of any particular item listed as part of the bundle, the bundle will be sent without it. The bundle discount will still be applied to the remaining items.

PAYMENT
Opening orders must be prepaid by credit card before shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX. After the first order, retailers may apply for net 30 terms by sending us a credit sheet. Please note that a credit check takes 3-4 weeks to complete.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders ship from our studio in Boston, MA. They usually ship within 7 business days unless a shipment date is specified. Domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground. We will ship via USPS Mail or FedEx by request. International orders are shipped via USPS Mail. Rush shipment is available; however, fees may apply.

BECOME A RETAILER
Becoming a retailer is simple! Contact us to request a new retailer application. We’ll let you know if your application is approved and send you an invitation to our online wholesale store, where you’ll be able to set up your login and password.

BACK ORDERS
Occasionally items are out of stock. Back ordered items will be noted on your invoice and packing slip.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept returns. If you have received an item in error or an item is damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will send a return shipping label and replacement product. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Changes to your order should be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order or you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% for restocked items.
PACKAGING AND DISPLAY
All Smudge Ink products must be sold in their original packaging. All items are ready to be displayed in a retail setting. You may not break apart sets for individual sale.

features our complete collection of Valentines, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Graduation cards. This supplement will be updated in September. EVERYDAY CARDS AND GIFTS In January we update our
base catalog, filling it with our most popular and new everyday occasion cards and floral boxed notes. A mini update with additional everyday cards and gift items comes out alongside our holiday catalog in April.
