New Year resolution The New Year is almost here! A time when we start thinking about our New Year’s resolutions to start the new year off right. But WAIT, we have start it off with a big bang. Champaign and party hats are passed around. We are surrounded by the people we love and let loose while we anticipate the countdown to the New Year. The ball drops and we feel the exhilaration of what this year will bring. We look back at what we have accomplished (or maybe what we haven’t). We think about how much has changed, (or what hasn’t) …but we have made it this far right? Ultimately we just desire to be better than the last. We strive to be the best that we can be. We are doing alright, right? Every year we promise ourselves to lead healthier lives, do more,

make more, love more and become more. This year will not be any different. except of course, if you agree to let this coming year be a journey we do together! Whether you make it a make over— do over or just a plain start over… Lets do this together!
Creating a Life you love What has become very apparent and important in my life is being very clear in what it is we want in our life.
What is it that we want to manifest into something wonderful in our lives? what do we want to master in this year to come? what kind of lifestyle do we want to live? This year I want to give more. I want to give more to my community, my friends and family. i want to give more to the people who surrounds me. I want to love more and fear less. mostly, I just want to relinquish the inner mean girl inside that can be so hard on myself. no more self sabotaging my gifts, talents, strengths and passions. Its time to give back all that i was blessed to be given over the years. Its time to outstretch my hand and give all i got to the ladies who desire to create a lifestyle that is truly created for the very beautiful and special souls out there desiring the same. So, let’s get very clear on what we want to accomplish this year. know where you are going and create the life that you love. meanwhile, I will be here to cheer you on and help you to get to your desires and goals. I will be starting up my brand new Shantelle show where videos will be created and posted at least once a week! also, i will continue to blog, newsletters will be sent out once a month and coach one on one for those who want more of an intimate setting.
