Reliable, with strong market knowledge, and highly attuned to her clients’ needs, Meghan Bell Lori combines 9 years of industry experience with an intrinsic ability to negotiate deals of any size and make her clients feel confident and informed throughout the buying and selling process. She knows that it takes time, tenacity and most importantly, compassion in understanding the wishes and executing the needs of each individual. She specializes in build-to-suits, pre-construction, ranch land, high-end custom properties, and new development condos, and has been involved in more than $275M in transactions throughout the greater Jackson Hole area.

From late-2016 through early-2021 Meghan directly represented the Snake River Sporting Club project. She has intricate knowledge of the entire history and a deep understanding of the 1,000-acre development -including the best fishing holes and ski access points. As of the summer of 2023, Meghan is excited to return and exclusively represent the project alongside, Samantha Livingston.

As an independent Associate Broker with Compass Jackson Hole, Meghan has created Open Spaces Real Estate. With exposure to an array of real estate assets and pre-development transactions, she has become a great advisor for clients in all stages of the real estate and/or construction process. She loves the process and continues to engage clients with the leading architects, contractors, and builders in Jackson Hole, WY and Teton Valley, ID.

Meghan cannot imagine living anywhere but in the Tetons and is an avid backcountry skier, mountain biker and sailor. She is an assistant coach with the Jackson Hole Lacrosse Club, a member of the Jackson Hole Land Trust Open Space Council and a Heated Vinyasa Yoga teacher at Inversion Yoga Studio in Jackson.

Born and raised in the shadows of the Tetons, Samantha is proud to consider herself a Jackson Hole native. Licensed since 2005 and presently as an independent Associate Broker with Compass Jackson Hole. From the classrooms of Seton Hall University to the labs of the University of Wyoming, the beaches of Thailand to the streets of Baltimore, Samantha has been educated inside classrooms, operating rooms, and various settings around the globe. Now, living and loving her hometown with her husband and two children while showcasing all this area have to offer to clients, visitors, and friends is a dream come true.

This business is an extraordinary way for her to share her passion for this community and its surrounding lands with residents and visitors alike. Real estate transactions are most often tied to significant life events; playing the role of an attentive representative during those moments is a responsibility that she takes very seriously with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
