Q“Can Polypipe Smart Controls work with new systems?”

AYes, the controls can be paired with any Polypipe underfloor heating system. They offer smartphone app integration and are compatible with most Voice Assistants, for effective hands-free operation.

ON-SITE SUPPORT

Polypipe’s new site support team can help you - from questions about the advanced features of smart controls and wiring centres, to bleeding the primaries on a manifold system.

The underfloor heating training team was set up during lockdown when teaching at Polypipe’s Professional Development Centre, in Doncaster, was not possible.

The on-site support service has also provided training on Polypipe’s AutoBalancing Manifold. The stainless steel manifold patented valve technology incorporates automatic flow control technology, and the training has helped installers by demonstrating the correct pressure testing procedure.

Q“Can we have shorter, sharper video content that can be used as a quick reference guide?”

AYes, the new three-minute videos feature a Polypipe product manager providing an easy-to-follow, step-by-step guide. There are more than 40 training videos covering most Polypipe systems as well as underfloor heating. This includes the push-fit plumbing products and soil systems.

The YouTube videos explain how Polypipe products work, how they should be used, and how they can help to solve an installation problem.
