In the planning of the business center, a zoning strategy was devised, involving three distinct zones aligned in the same direction. Notably, one direction was deemed unsuitable for vehicular access, pedestrian flow, and for ensuring adequate wind direction and sunlight penetration. Furthermore, this direction lacked a private zone catering to the needs of office personnel. To address these considerations, two separate entrances were designated: one for the exclusive use of office personnel and the other for public access leading to the auditorium. The building’s orientation was meticulously determined to facilitate optimal ventilation and to ensure that natural light permeates every space within the building. Business centre |

The front view of the building offers a tranquil and impeccably maintained environment, featuring a serene water body that beautifully mirrors the architectural marvel. The building itself is adorned with a glass facade, which, in turn, mirrors the adjacent water body, contributing to the creation of a breathtaking and mesmerizing vista. This effect is further complemented by the presence of a red oxide metal MS pergola, adding an extra layer of sophistication to the overall design. Inside the office spaces, the working professionals are treated to a captivating and peaceful panorama as they go about their tasks. This immersive view creates a harmonious and calming work environment, enhancing their overall experience.

A substantial pergola, featuring MS plates, MS pipes, and MS boxes, has been seamlessly integrated with the office building’s slab. This integration extends uninterrupted to the adjoining exhibition hall, offering a majestic visual treat for those entering the premises. The pergola’s design also incorporates an ingenious shadow technique that magnificently accentuates the building’s grandeur. In addition to the aesthetic appeal, the pedestrian lighting adds to the overall ambiance, providing a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for visitors. The choice of one-sided glass for the building’s exterior ensures privacy for the office occupants, creating a comfortable and secure working environment.

Roofs are important. People devote much of their thought, time, and resources to selecting, modifying, and decorating their living spaces. Yet, the based-on experience psychological written works, says almost nothing, about the roles that homes might play in peoples’ lives. We strongly believe that homes provide an informative context for examining how social, developmental, cognitive, and other psychological processes play out in a consequential real-world setting. We attempted to illustrate the potential insights to be gained from studying homes with an exploratory study that maps the psychological ambiances (e.g., comfort, togetherness, Acceptance) that people desire in their homes; we identified six broad ambiance dimensions 50 | House 2.0

Work space is designed with equal importance in this house which gives a lot of relaxation with the green spaces in equality. The pandemic demanded new needs and significant changes in our lives like the theme of workspaces saw its own freedoms limited for the first time in the postmodern era. Architectural Render Awards ( Conducted by ARCHZIG ) 2022 Group members - Sai Raghav, Santhosh What if there are unexplored MERVILLES under the majestic oceans and trenches? What if we, humans are the only beings unaware of an underwater world that is the manifestation of the sublime over exploited lands of Earth? This project visualizes a Utopian Merville with a high level of advancements in transits and habitation that humans could probably arrive at in the far future with the advancing technology. We have commissioned a Merville as a wilderness, and integrated the buildings perfectly with their surroundings, through a careful and rational design capable of increasing the strong bond between nature and architecture. With a limited number of angles, the geometry of the Merville remains fluid, unbroken, and in movement. The arrangement of transits and domiciliation provides a continuum with no set periphery. The habitats exhibit contrastingly warm lights and shades, yet are explicitly left plain to become emphasized from their majestic outside.
