As I questioned him I quickly realized that one of his greatest traits is his positive attitude and joy which spreads to others hearts like a wildfire.
Health & Longevity: There is much mystery that
surrounds you. You have taught yourself to forget your age although many of your close friends claim that you are in your late 40's despite looking 20 years old. Why do you purposely forget your age?
Jason: it's simply not important to me. Age is not a
process of calender's and clocks and numbers, it is a function of how fast your cells are replicating and how fast they are being exposed to damage. So you see using numbers to describe our age is a very outdated and incorrect way of expressing our vitality levels and youth.
Health & Longevity: Since we met several years ago, you seem as though you are even younger than I remember. What do you think are some of the most important tips for health & longevity? Jason: Well thank you for the compliment. Recharging your youth and vitality is a very real scientific process however a person must first have the desire and belief to reach their goals on vitality and youth. Without the desire you will never move outside of your current limitations. Next you need a solid plan which tackles aging from several different angles. You need to make sure your nutrition and exercise is on par with longevity and vitality as well as supplementation. I could talk for days about this matter. Health & Longevity: What are some of your favorite antiaging foods? Jason: Some of the staples of my diet include, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, especially dark leafy greens and lots of blueberries, fish, beans, nuts like almonds, I also
enjoy eating lots of beans, garlic and red onion. Health & Longevity: You and other experts are mentioning the idea that we may be the first generation to break the 160 year age. What are the advancements that may be allowing this to come true? Jason: Advancements in cell health is the next frontier in antiaging. Specifically keeping the telomeres healthy. Health & Longevity: And what do you do to keep your telomeres healthy? Jason: I use a combination of good nutrition, meditation, And supplementation. Health & Longevity: What do you use for supplementation?
