Soave Real Estate Reports Home Value Increases for Brambleton this Year Soave luxury residential community enjoys home value appreciations during the 2013 year. Miller & Smith are currently offering reductions on closing costs for the Hathaway and have lowered the price of the Taymouth model home to $749,990 to entice buyers. Additionally, Van Metre currently offers finely appointed single-family home designs ranging from over 3,200 square feet to 4,300. Homes offer up to 8 bedrooms and are priced from the low $700ks. Moreover, new model homes are expected to open this year from Beazer Homes and Winchester Homes. In addition to offering high quality luxury single-family homes, Soave Real Estate presents a selection of luxury townhomes at Brambleton as well. Pricing for townhomes has not changed during the last month and only one home remains in the Winchester Emerald Ridge Towns, priced at $495, 462 plus applicable fees and taxes. The Glenmere Collection from Winchester is now open and selling. The average base price for a luxury townhome in Brambleton is $465,738. Overall, townhomes have increased 3.36% since January. Again, the largest increases were seen across the Miller & Smith residences. The average increase for these townhomes has been $27,666 since the first quarter of this year, followed by Winchester Homes’ models
at $25,000 per unit. There are currently a total of just 87 townhomes in inventory and for sale at this time.
