Soave Enterprises Receives Top Honors for Brambleton Construction Soave Enterprises received further public recognition for its master-planned community located near Ashland VA, Brambleton, at the 27th annual Excellence in Construction awards. Sponsored by the Metropolitan Washington and Virginia Chapters of Associated Builders and Contractors, Brambleton took home two significant honors from the event for Soave Enterprises. Soave Receives Positive Industry Recognition ABC's Awards of Excellence Program has become the premier competition within the construction industry that recognizes outstanding construction projects across the nation. Soave Enterprises was honored to have the Brambleton Visitors’ Center and Builders’ Showcase place first in the Interiors Category. The center was built by Hubert Construction and designed by Vivianna Irizarri of Cache Furnishings. The Interiors category examines work performed by Specialty trades such as metal stud and gypsum, ceiling finishes, painting and wall coverings, other wall finishes and flooring. Judging for the award is based on degree of complexity and high end finishes showcasing the abilities of Specialty Contractor members. With many exceptional entries in this year’s competition, Brambleton beat out a tough line of competitors for the first place finish in this category. In the Retail Category for $5 million and over, Brambleton Town Center's Phase II earned top honors. L.F. Jennings served as the project’s contractor. “Our community was built for the convenience, enjoyment and enhanced lifestyle of our residents. However, it is genuinely a thrill to be honored by our peers. We’re delighted to receive this recognition amid the prestigious competition in the Washington DC metropolitan area,” notes Brambleton's Director of Marketing Kim Adams. “The professional accolades confirm that we’ve done our job well – and so do the ever increasing number of Brambleton residents!” Brambleton Community Welcomes Residents with Design and Convenience Currently, Brambleton encompasses over 2,000 acres of residential living space featuring miles of walking and jogging trails, water features, parks, and open green spaces. Single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums provide a variety of options for individuals and families drawn to the growing community.
