LCVP must attend at least 3 of these 4 conferences of such as LC conferences and National Conferences.

LCVP must physically present in Cambodia for the whole term UNLESS they are outside of the country to: o Attend/Chair/Facilitate International/Regional/National Conferences of their countries. o Attend university internship if compulsory (maximum 1 month). o Attend any non-AIESEC conferences/learning activities (maximum 2 weeks) each time. o Have personal holidays less than 8 days each time

*If you do not have the financial ability to attend, do not be scared. Your financial background should not aect your reason to apply for LCVP role.

A complete application to be submitted by 23:59 (GMT +7), 26th January, 2014 must include:

Complete answers of application questionnaires, no more than 10 pages. A good quality of poster which include an image of candidate and motivated message to convince the whole plenary for the voting. The poster will be featured after the application is submitted to introduce the candidate and their suitability as the LCVP of AIESEC WatPhnom, to the Local Plenary of the entity, through different online media. A motivation letter, one page maximum.

A short video clip, no more than 5 minutes to introduce yourself, your motivation to apply for your applied position, strategy and plan.

A CV listing major qualifications and experience of the candidate (no longer than 2 pages). Also include detailed list of your past and current roles in AIESEC.

3 endorsement letter, at minimum. The letter can be from anyone that the candidate has led or that has let the candidate, from either in or outside of AIESEC.

1st February 2015 Interview Interview will happen before the vote for confidence, they will have interview with The Selection Committee regarding to their application. Elected LCP will hold the interview result and make the final decision after eliminate fail confident vote candidates whether the candidate will be selected as LCVP for the term 2015.

Vote for Confidence Each of candidates will be informed about the Election Day, on which each candidate will be give 5 minutes to give speech to convince voting members to vote for him/her as the trust that they give to candidate. Each of them needs to get 50%+ 1 to get through this stage.


No late submission, even by a minute, will be accepted, no matter what the excuse might be. All applicants are highly advised to start completing the application as early as possible. Please do not wait until the very last minute to send your application. If you submit the application well before the deadline, in case certain documents are missing or certain points in your application are unclear, you’ll be notified and asked for clarification.

The purpose of this application is not meant to only assess the ability and suitability of each candidate for the position; it’s also meant as a tool to prepare each applicant for the role, through their intense thinking process and research efforts to live up to what is expected of this application. Role Specific Responsibilities: • Ensure proper implementation of all TM processes at local 
 level. • Coach TM members and track their plans, focuses, goals and actual performance. • Ensure the evolvement of middle management structure. • Create and implement member education cycle with new learning partners, EB education cycle, reward and recognition, advanced TM processes. • Ensure proper implementation and understanding of TMP and TLP principles • Develop and ensure the quality of the LC culture. • Ensure strong implementation of NPS. • Work to deliver integrated experience among members. • Manage the exit phase for TMP and TLP before heading to LLC phase. Organizational • Ensure the local committee has strong leadership pipeline for each leadership position at LC level. • Ensure strong and proper transition LC level by working closely with MCVP TM and LCP to develop the framework and plan toward the implementation. • Manage elections in local level to ensure proper delivery by providing guidelines and framework to LC. • Ensure members and LCEB are continuously developing and learning as members of the LC.

Role Specific Responsibilities: 
 Overall Marketing Strategies • Develop and manage overall marketing strategies and execution of plans for new and existing products, especially in OGX Recruitment and in Local TMP Recruitment. • Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing efforts. • Coordinating, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing, advertising and promotional activities (such as but not limited to on-campus campaign and events) and results. • Determine and manage the marketing budget • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget • Market Research and Development: supervising the work R&D Manager, which involves: Conduct student market research to better understand our student market for product placement and for new product development. • Work with other functional teams, especially OGX and TM, to develop (new) attractive products for students. • Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them AIESEC Branding. • Work closely with relevant function(s) to co-deliver national and local events and programmes to ensure brand alignment. • Ensure the brand alignment of AIESEC in all publications, communication and channels • Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the company 
 website, print communication, and advertising. • Conduct national and local brand audits Media Presence • Oversee media presence at AIESEC events and make sure that AIESEC is well represented (including any press release) • Creating liaison for Local Committee with media, PR firms, and travel services to aid in our brand in our programs.


Managing LC’ Communications Portfolios • Coach Comms members and track their plans, focuses, goals and actual performance • Manage the sales experience of members and ensuring members are capable to sell to students. University Relations • Manage university relation and ensure good relationship between AIESEC and relevant universities • Work to have AIESEC recognized as part of university programs. Information Management: • supervising the work IM Manager, which involves: • Manage the virtual presence of Local Committee and enhance our virtual positioning (website, Facebook pages, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) • Increase the competitive advantage of Local Committee (internally and externally) through Information System that enhance our presence and competitive advantage for matching and recognize process • Train and educate members about IM and related processes (myAIESEC.net, website use, virtual channels and new systems etc.)

Role Specific Responsibilities: Financial control of Local Committee • Budgeting and budget control • Maintaining a strong system for financial controls • Assisting LCVP in making financial decisions • Risk management and investment Accounting • Book-keeping, reporting, budgeting, invoicing and collecting payment • Preparing monthly financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) 
 Monitoring LC's financial management • Administration management- including ensuring the taking of meeting minutes, record keeping and documentation of everything in LC, managing assets and inventory etc.

Role Specific Responsibilities: • Develop initiatives for local growth in incoming GCDP through project. • Manage, measure, and improve project quality • Coach members PBOX and track their plans, focuses, goals and actual performance • Work with LCVP BD to ensure financial sustainability of local projects and sales activities. • Manage and increase size and scale of local and national projects • Building international relations for cy-cy partnership • Create strategic direction of PBOX for achieving growth in quantity and quality of exchanges • Implement relevant global strategies at local levels • Manage information related to IGCDP Resources, materials and knowledge • Gather and promote best practices from international and national to local level • Prepare monthly analyses of project and passing them to LCP • Build country partnership and manage the delivery of those partnerships. • Ensure good customer experience management based on Customergauge

Role Specific Responsibilities: Exchange Processes: • Planning: set target and create strategy, timeline, and action steps to generate and ensure the quality of GIP. • Team management: Allocate member resources to deliver GIP raising, matching, and realization; track and evaluate performance of team members to ensure delivery of exchanges • Selling process for TN raising: internal and external market research, cold/warm calls, company meetings, signing TN contracts • Matching process: match with available TNs • TN realization process: interns reception, handling visa, maintaining communication between interns & TN Part of the National Sales Force Team • Work with All LCVP BDs/iGIP and MCVP BD/iGIP to enforce National BD/iGIP strategies, initiatives and products • Make sure that the LC is financially healthy • Breed Sales Culture in the Local Committee • Make sure that all local committee Project are financially sustainable through company partnership and sponsorship Sales, Networking and Product Development • Collaborate with MC to identify new opportunities for National Products • Sign new partnerships for their Local Committee • Ensure the presence of AIESEC in the Business community • Tracking: follow up and closing sales with past and current prospects

OGX Case 1: List down 3 strategies to ensure OGX get 15 realizations by the end of the term. Then list down the action step by putting it into timeline. Case 2: So far, IXP (Integration Exchange Programmme) isn't work and implement well yet in LC level. How would you introduce AIESEC to external, newbies and oldies? Then align it to Global Leader Programme to persuade them to go on exchange during their vacation.

IGCDP Case 1: Goal for iGCDP is 150 realizations, list down three strategies and action step by putting it into timeline. Case 2: Please describe the issue that you are going focus , how many project you want to do and what will you do for the current project? and how you ensure your matching process is smooth while GIS doesn't work well for AIESEC Cambodia.

PBOX Case 1: Based on current projects, analyze the financial situation of IGCDP department in LC. What type of project that could generate revenue?
 Please create new project and convert it into Social Business Model.


IGIP Case 1: Imagine after 6 months, your iGIP team achieve nothing, and your members completely lose motivation and believe. But your initial goal is 11 realization. What will you to do for this last 3 months Case 2: iGIP globally usually has team engagement problem due to iGIPer is professional and independent people. So it makes iGIP team members become isolated. So what are the behavior of you and your strategies to ensure your team will have good engagement with LC and within your team.

Marketing Truth to be told, we have 7 universities. Please do a research on the following:
 Case 1: University’s vision and mission and analyze whether AIESEC Programmes are relevant to each school or not Case 2: Study the School Timeline of NUM, UP, Western and CUS plus RULE, Raffle and PPIU and create a promotion timeline (for OGX and TMP ) for the whole year.

TM Case 1: Analyze the current Talent Capacity in terms of 3 criteria: For example: Member Efficiency for all Exchange function (e.g. # of iGCDP member vs # of iGCDP Re), % of Active Members. Case 2: Explain how do you define the term Active Members. List down 3 strategies to ensure members in LC are actives by the end of the term then list down the action step.

Finance Case 1: In month 1, If LC doesn't any money to pay for TN Realization Fee to MC and that time LC have Expense higher than Revenue during this month. So, what would you suppose to do or make a plan to protect this risk? Case 2: Prepare the plan in order our LC can sustain and survival for next 2 terms after you term ended.
