ANGELS OF LOVE HONOR COMMUNITY LEADERS

The second annual Black & White Awards Gala was held on February 24th at the Radisson Hotel in McAllen. The gala serves as a fundraiser for Angels of Love. This non-profit organization works handin-hand with local law enforcement, prosecution, child protective services, medical providers, mental health providers, and victim advocacy professionals in Hidalgo County to protect and serve victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse.

Community leaders who embody Angels of Love’s mission of preventing violence through its victim’s services, access to the justice system and education for victims were honored.
