SALLY FRAUSTRO GUERRA: AAF-RGV MEMBER OF THE YEAR

Every year, the AAF RGV bestows the prestigious “Member of the Year” award to a member who displays unwavering dedication to the industry and the organization. This award is given in recognition of the recipient’s outstanding contributions through their committee involvement, investment of time and resources, and positive influence on the AAF RGV. To be considered for this esteemed award, individuals must have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the AAF RGV, as well as their professional experiences, integrity, and involvement in other community activities. Sally Fraustro Guerra is a back-to-back recipient of the Member of the Year award.

Guerra has served on the AAF-RGV Board of Directors for three years and is currently vice president, and this is her third year as co-chair of the American Advertising Awards gala. Through her fundraising talents, Sally has helped the AAF-RGV successfully raise funds for the Food Pantries at STC, UTRGV, and TSC. In addition, Sally has wholeheartedly embraced giving back to the community by volunteering in numerous committees, boards, associations, and non-profit organizations. Most recently, she was Chairperson of the McAllen Chamber of Commerce Board in 2019-2020.

Sally has been a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker La Mansion for over 20 years and is the President/Publisher of SOCIALIFE RGV Magazine.
