Primary Source: This is a painting picture, in this picture is Jack the Ripper which was the serial prostitute killer and till now nobody knows who is the real Jack the Ripper.
Secondary Source: This is a part of an article from a website called casebook.com and the title of that is ''Dear Boss' letter
Received on September 27th, 1888 at the Central News Agency, this letter was originally believed to be just another hoax. Three days later, the double murder of Stride and Eddowes made them reconsider, especially once they learned a portion of the latter's earlobe was found cut off from the body, eerily reminiscent of a promise made within the letter. The police deemed the "Dear Boss" letter important enough to reproduce in newspapers and postbills of the time, hoping someone would recognize the handwriting. A postcard received at the Central News Agency on October 1st, making direct reference to both the murders and the "Dear Boss" letter, is believed to have been written by the same hand. It is reproduced below. Whether or not the letter is a hoax, it is the first written reference which uses the name "Jack the Ripper" in reference to the Whitechapel murderer.
I chose this part of the article because it was really related to one part of my book and also it shows how people were scared of Jack and want to find out who is Jack and arrest him.
This book is about Jack the Ripper how he was against prostitutes and he try to kill them by opening their body up and sending the police all this letters. Reason Evidence from your book This books shows how “Whitechapel 1889, London that poor the England was poor and hard time for London” back then and how “Women, they have to go out at dangerous and hard to which was being a prostitute to make money. money for the family” Scary, horror book Most of 8th grade love scary bo they would have like a adventur this book

A Stab in The Dark London. August 7th, 1888. It was when it all happened. In the fall of 1888 a series of murders took place in the district of Whitechapel in the East End of London (UK). In the poorer areas of the city such as Whitechapel the housing was miserable. There was no sanitation and sewage ran openly through the overcrowded, maze-like streets. There was little work available for women and no help for those women who were unemployed other than the workhouse. Many women were forced to become prostitutes to survive. Prostitutes like me in those days were dependent upon the circumstances of the women. Some worked in brothels but many were forced to go on the streets to make ends meet, like helpless amount of Pubs and Inns
to profit from the people. Whitechapel is the street that I'm working on. I don't really like this job but I have to because this is the only way that I can make money fast and easy. My whole family is living in a small house and they do not even have money for beds. Every night they have to lean on a rope, which was connected to the next room, and sleep on it. Being a prostitute is not very easy and it's pretty dangerous especially in the middle of the night on the street. One night, it was a pretty typical night as always, it’s was just lonely but except that it was freezing cold and terrifying. On the street that I'm working, three prostitutes have died under Jack the Ripper's hand. The first, Martha Tabram, who was murdered in the early hours of 7th August 1888. I've heard that Martha Tabram's body was discovered at 5am on the first floor landing of George Yard Buildings. There is so much gossip about Ripper whether she is Jack's first victim or not. I used to talk to Mary Nichols but about our families, job but it was just for a while but not anymore, unfortunately I couldn’t know more about her. Mary Ann "Polly" Nichols, whose throat was slit on the night of August 31. She is the first of what are referred to as the five 'canonical' victims who died between August 31st and November 9th 1888. Her body was found at around 3.40am in a
gateway in Buck's Row, Whitechapel, by a carter named Charles Cross. As she lay dying in a grimy little alley, her killer ripped open her abdomen with his 10-inches knife. Eight days later, the next victim of Jack the Ripper was "Dark Anne" Chapman, she died 8th September 1888, she was 47 already weakened from tuberculosis. John Davis found the body of Annie Chapman , mutilated just like Mary’s in the backyard of number 29 Hanbury Street at 6am. A few days later all the people were whispering about something but I didn’t have a clue what was this about about so I quickly ran to one of my friend and ask “HEY! ELIZA! WAIT” I quickly ran over “Hey, what happened?” Eliza said worried, “Oh no, nothing happened to me I just wanted to ask you what are the people whispering about since 2 days already” I took a deep breath and ask her “How could you not know! Jack Ripper, the serial killer had killed another one of our friend from the other side of the street and also after about one hour Jack murdered another girl but I didn’t know which one she was” She whispered surprisingly, I just stand there took a deep breath and moved on. The third victim of Jack the Ripper was Elizabeth Stride. She died on 30th September 1888. After an absence of three weeks Jack the Ripper returned and murdered two victims in less than an hour.
The first one was Elizabeth and the second and she was his fourth victim, Catherine Eddowes, she died on 10th September 1888. Just forty-five minutes after the body of Elizabeth Stride had been discovered, the body of a second prostitute, Catherine Eddowes, was found in Mitre Square in the City of London. With the fragment of human kidney sent in the mail to the police came a letter: "I send you half the kidney I took from one woman...another piece I fried and ate..." The writer's return address: "From Hell." That’s where I normally stand for my job, everybody screamed or faint from seeing that kidney, accept me, I vomited. It was just horrible. All of the London knew that the gruesome message came from "Jack the Ripper," The next day, another shocked information came. Ripper had just killed another prostitutes and this is going to be his fourth victim,43-year-old Catherine Eddowes. All four women had been pathetic prostitutes, aging and worn, forced to ply their degrading trade in the slum district of Whitechapel. The whole of October passed without no further murder so it made people less worried. But my question was “Is he really gone or is he going to come back?” . Then, on 9th November 1888, the body of Mary Kelly was found in her room in Miller's Court, off Dorset Street. So that called "Canonical five". The
canonical five Ripper victims are Mary Ann Nichols, Annie Chapman, Elizabeth Stride, Catherine Eddowes and Mary Jane Kelly. This was how Jack killed his victims, first he take his tool and cut off their and next he cut their body in half . He look at your orgins and he will take want he wantsand then he leave the body. Through all this things that I had to survived, lost friends, dangerous I don’t even know what to do anymore. Who knows if am I going to be Jack’s next victim or not because I won’t leave my family behind like this, maybe I should quit the job. Should I?
