SWE MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS: C2C MEMBERS Use these instructions to renew your Collegiate-to-Career (C2C) membership via the online Member Portal. 1. Navigate to www.swe.org . 2. Click the Login button at the top-right corner of your screen and enter your login information.
3. When you’ve logged in, your name and ID number will appear in the top-right corner of your screen. Click the button that says SWE Member Portal.
4. Before renewing, verify that your education information is correct. Click EDUCATION
PROFILE from the Portal main menu.
5. Make sure that your educational information is reported correctly. •
Your undergraduate degree information should be listed in the fields Undergraduate University, etc.

Your first advanced degree earned should be listed in the fields Advanced University, etc.

Your most recent advanced degree earned should be listed in the fields Advanced 2 University, etc.
6. If your information is reported incorrectly, click Change My Information.

Adjust your information and click Save.
8. From the Portal main menu, click SWE MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL.
9. On the next page, check the box next to your Collegiate-to-Career membership order.
10. Click the button that says Add to Shopping Cart.

12. Click Confirm Order.

You have successfully renewed your SWE membership. If you would like to update your SWE section, refer to the SWE document titled Section Transfer Instructions.

Navigate back to the SWE website and start browsing to see how you can be a positive influence in your workplace, your community, and SWE!
