HEY AIESEC! Conference Vision At the SoCo Regional Kick-Off Seminar this fall, each and every delegate will grow as an AIESECer, as a leader, and as a person. Local committees will improve upon their weaknesses, grow in their strengths, develop as integrated teams, improve intercommunication, exchange innovative ideas, and finally, create tangible action forward. The region as a whole will progress forward and truly Kick-Off in growth for the semester. The conference will encourage the collaboration of members of all levels and strengths to address and create collaborative, innovative, and action-oriented solutions to foundational opportunities in talent management, internal and external branding, and personal and team leadership development, for with improvement in these focus areas, doors will open for growth in other areas across the board. At this conference, all delegates will truly develop global leadership skills by learning from each others.

Conference Goals Be action and content packed Encourage the exchange of innovative ideas and development of clear action plans forward Strengthen personal, professional, and AIESECer ties within functional teams, LC’s, and the region as a whole Inspire pro-activity and accountability that lasts for an entire semester (or longer!) Make clear the idea that personal leadership is an expectation of each and every member all the time, not an option
