OUR HISTORY Friday 13th March 2015

Friday 13th March 2015 Increase Your Social Reach was newly founded with a couple of social media management accounts. It was mainly a consultancy business serving local brick and mortar businesses helping them increase awareness with the help of social media platforms and digital strategy implementation.

January 2016 I was introduced to the world of Coaching and was fascinated with the incredible purposedriven businesses that independent coaches run. I then felt compelled to start working with more online coaches helping them launch their signature group coaching programmes online and increase their visibility.

Even though I was running launch projects for other businesses I had my own vision for my own group program but I just couldn’t be clear on that vision. I started by mentoring and leading a franchise local networking group where I used to live and that started the love for serving in a group setting. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t enough but I knew that I wanted to completely move my business online 100% and impact more people.

The little “bug” remained, group setting was my “happy place” environment and I wanted to do more of. However, my Business goals weren’t aligned with what my zone of genius was until I started working with other coaches that tackled exactly what I was missing. Everything came together as all the pieces of the puzzle made sense and the result of this transformation was the rebirth of not only my life purpose but also a business with a system where I am not trading time for money. I and my team started the BUILD of The Radical Launch System.

In an attempt to do so, I launched my 1st Master Your Media group coaching program in January 2017 and successfully enrolled members leading them to master their media, social tech and mindset gremlins.

GENERAL WRITING TIPS We don’t discuss our vision to world outside. Our vision is what guides us. It helps us focus our efforts. It is used as a guiding principle when we’re writing.

Consider what you are attempting to say. Take a couple of minutes first. What are you attempting to say? Scribble down the main points. Don’t worry about structuring yet. Let the thoughts stream; you can sort out them later. Keep in mind whom you are conversing with. What’s imperative to them? What might energize or help them? How much time do they have? How old are they? The more detailed the image, the simpler it will be to write for them. Consider somebody you know who is in this interest group. Imagine them sitting directly before you. Read it out. Would you converse with this individual like this?

Make a clear structure. Gap your work into sensible sections of close to eight sentences and sentences of close to 20-25 words with a single idea in each. Let people easily navigate and this helps you get your message across. Use headings. Headlines for chapters, pages, sub-sections and paragraphs create a story. These are signposts for busy readers and ensure they get, even at the quickest glance, some of the messages you want them to.

Simply begin. Presently you have the bones of a structure. Begin composing. Keep in touch with your structure, yet let the thoughts stream. You can edit it later.

Always edit. Editing is as important as writing itself. The art of great editing is knowing when to stop. Be brutal. Your writing will be better for it.

Avoid the passive. The passive sounds weaker, is less direct, more formal and impersonal.

Get straight to the point and make it interesting. Be clear about what you want to say and stick to it.

We / you. Give your writing a more personal, human touch. Emphasise on ‘we’ and ‘you’ rather than ‘we, we, we’. Remember it’s not just what we want to tell the readers but about what our readers want to know.

TYPOGRAPHY Typography is fundamental in creating RICS SBE distinctive brand identity. It is a powerful brand signifier, bringing personality and consistency to all communications. When used correctly, typography can convey the image and feeling every bit as much and sometimes more than simple graphics. Geo Grotesque font family is a contemporary sans-serif font, smart, fresh, honest and lots of personality. The Geo Grotesque has just the right balance of seriousness and creativity. Madelyn typeface is used for creative accent, in situations when readability is not in focus. For the web, we may also use Roboto Sans typeface.

THE GEO GROTESQUE OUR PRIMARY TYPEFACE The use of the Geo Grotesque font family sets the visual tone for our brand identity system. Geo Grotesque is to be used in all marketing materials as the primary font. Do not substitute or pair Geo Grotesque with any other font, other than those approved in these guidelines.

PHOTOGRAPHY We use filters that add analogue photo style to images. The colours are subtle and not bright. The goal of photography in our communication is to tell the background story and add depth to the communication. While bright brand elements grab attention, photos are relaxed and give emotional context. The style of photos is casual, natural, not-socorporate. They tell the real story or spicing up the content gently.

TECHNICAL GUIDELINES FOR PHOTOGRAPHY Shoot at the highest resolution that your camera will allow (at least 300 dpi). Shoot both RAW files and JPEGs when possible. Photography should be kept simple with a singular focus so as not to distract from the design. Make sure you use adequate lighting, and scale photos proportionally. Avoid clip art. GUIDE FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS Our photography suppose to look natural. No deliberate posing and artificial smiling. Minimise the grain factor, avoid artificial effects such as HDR, over postproduction, over sharpening etc. Pictures have to convey the feeling of the brand, so be reative and communicative. Still life, landscapes, people shots have to tell the story, give the feeling, create a mood which customers can recognise without any additional graphics of text. OUTDOOR PHOTOGRAPHY Natural light mixed with a filling touch of artificial if needed, preferably done during the golden hours (within 2-4 hours after sunrise and 3-2 hours before sunset, depending on time of the year)

INDOOR PHOTOGRAPHY The light should create a rich but natural feeling of the classic portrait with an element of journalism. When people shots are needed the scene has to be lit enough to create depth of colours and need details in shadows. PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY: Classic portraits with contrasting detailed shadows will work well. The shadows have to be interesting enough to work without colour. Aim to create a medium shot along with headshot to achieve better details in close up. Never cut the head and make certain that the complete shoulders should be visible. Keep the background plain and uncluttered for easier knockouts. EDITING Photography works as the background story for our brand. Therefore, it requires a bit faded and slightly desaturated look that imitates analogue photography
