I/We confirm we are interested in purchasing an Apartment in the Project
Please find enclosed a cheque for AED as our expression of interest in the purchase of apartment, Type: Studio

2 bedrooms 3 bedrooms
I/We understand the above-mentioned cheque will be applied and encashed towards the Deposit amount for the Apartment upon the execution of a Reservation Form / Offer to Purchase. If the Reservation Form / Offer to Purchase is not executed within 90 days of the date of this expression of interest, the above-mentioned cheque will be returned, without any interest or compensation

Passport, visa and emirates ID copies of all purchasers
Corporate
Copy trade licence/copy of certificate of incorporation
Passport copy of the authorised signatory. Notarized power of attorney (if applicable)
I/We agree and confirm the signing and submission of this expression of interest shall not oblige the Developer to sell an Apartment to me/us and the Developer may decline, in its discretion, to sell the Apartment to me/us at any time prior to the signing by the Developer or the me/us of the Sale and Reservation Form / Offer to Purchase.
