Concert Dress

DEBUT & ACADEMY ORCHESTRA MUSICIANS

• Long sleeve white dress shirt with black bow tie or white 3/4 to long sleeve blouse (tucked in). • Black dress pants or long black skirt (to the floor). No jean-like pants, miniskirts, or tea-length skirts. • Black dress socks or black opaque hosiery. • Black closed-toe dress shoes. • No exposed shoulders, necklines, or midriffs. • Minimal jewelry.

CONSERVATORY ORCHESTRA MUSICIANS

All-black for EVERY musician! Acceptable examples include: • Top (Black): All-black dressy shirt with shoulders covered and appropriate necklines. All-black coat optional. • Bottom (Black): dress pants, floor-lengh skirt, or floorlengh dress, black hose. • Shoes/Socks (Black): All black socks or hose, closed-toe black dress shoes • Accessories: Kept to a minimum and NO perfume or cologne.
