Use of biomass as alternate source of fuel in lieu of mineral based fuels for steam generation, resulting in reduced carbon emissions. Installation of state of the art gas turbine for power and steam generation , resulting in carbon reduction with its efficient fuel burning and recovery of waste heat. Counter flow system for all washers on dyeing and finishing machines , resulting water conservation. Dye recovery tanks for effective recovery of used dyes, thus resulting in efficient use of chemicals and dyes thus reducing the impact on environment.
OZONE treatment machine for water and chemical free treatment for vintage effect and shade control – water and chemical conservation. Waste water treatment plant for water treatment and then we utilize treated water for horticulture purpose.
Utilizing waste gases and recovering its energy in the form of steam. In order to reduce particulate matter (PM) emission levels at the gas flue of biomass systems, wet scrubber system has been installed where ash is forced through a pool of water, in order to remove undesirable particulates.
