Our brand is proudly British - championing the best of the UK’s design talent, with a considered approach to creativity. Founded in London’s Soho, our design practice remains in the bustling capital. Our manufacturing is stationed at the home of our creative roots, in Cornwall - a county known for its craft heritage and environmental values. We work with local artisans to hand-finish and refine our lighting designs, balancing traditional craft and skill with modern manufacturing methods and innovative technology.
We partner with workshops and studios across the country to develop our designs. We hand-finish at our creative hub in Cornwall.

Sustainability is central to our design processes and business practices. From our choice of materials and manufacturing methods, to the consideration of a product’s life cycle and circularity, we are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our business and operating in a sustainable, ethical and socially responsible manner.
We actively seek and invest in new efficiencies across production and packaging, exploring recycled, upcycled and new, sustainable materials - from 3D-printed fibres made from disused fishing nets salvaged from the sea, to plant-based alternatives and polystyrene made from mushrooms.
As a lighting manufacturer, energy efficiency is always a top priority when developing new products. Our LED bulbs are 90% more efficient than incandescent bulbs, with high quality light emittance and an impressive lifespan of over 25,000 hours.
We operate with minimal wastage, designing flexible components that can be configured (and re-configured) for extended use, prolonging the lifespan of our products. We’re on a journey to become B Corp certified, and we’re committed to being plastic-free by the end of 2024.
Launched as part of Selfridges’ ‘Let’s Change’ campaign, the Ocean Collection is a growing range of striking 3D-printed designs made from recycled plastics and disused fishing nets salvaged from the sea.
