THREE TIERED FIT SYSTEM Elite Tips

The secret to being comfortable on a bike for hours on end is preparation. Clothing plays an important role but don’t forget to carry food, essential spares and ensure your bike is in perfect condition. The essentials are: water, a tube, tyre levers, pump and something to eat for every hour you spend on the bike. Fail to eat and you’ll have nothing in the tank after 2 hours, get a puncture 30km from home, it’s a long walk! When it comes to clothing, be prepared for change. You’re not in a smelly gym but outside with Mother Nature for company. She’s a moody companion so expect she’ll throw something at you during the ride!
