MICA TAPE Mica Tape consist of phlogopite mica paper (or synthetic mica paper) impregnated with special silicone resin and glass fiber cloth (or Polyethylene film) as supporting agent. These tapes have great flexibility and high tensile strength, and their combined characteristics mean they can be used to create inorganic, fire-resistant insulation for electrical cables. MICA ROLL Mica roll is a result of specially pressed mica product which is made of phologpite mica paper and silicon resin. The thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 0.8mm, breakdown voltage is above 15KV, tensile strength is above N/15mm and temperature resistance is above 800°C. STMAT high quality mica roll classified 4 types as follow: ◆ ST-RMGM: phlogopite mica paper with glass fiber cloth inside. ◆ ST-RGMG: phlogopite mica paper with glass fiber cloth on double sides. ◆ ST-RMG: phlogopite mica paper with glass fiber cloth on one side. ◆ ST-RCMG: phlogopite mica paper with glass fiber cloth and ceramic fiber paper on each side. MICA SHEET Mica plate is mica laminate designed for providing outstanding electrical insulation at high temperature, which consist of approximately 90% Muscovite (or Phlogopite) and 10% high temperature resistant silicone resin. ◆ Excellent thermal resistance, muscovite mica retain insulation properties at 500℃ and phlogopite mica sheet resistant temperature up to 750℃. ◆ Excellent electric insulation, normally the breakdown voltage is more than 15KV/mm. ◆ Excellent flexural strength and easy to be punched and machined. ◆ Environment safe. MICA TUBE Mica tube is formed by muscovite paper or phlogopite paper fixed with silicon resin, and processed by roll form. It has good dielectric capability and excellent mechanical strength, and often used as the insulating tube form material in all kinds of electric equipments, motors, furnaces, electric-arc furnaces, other metallurgy industry equipments. Mica tube is generally 10~1000mm length, the internal diameter is 8~300mm. Special size and tolerance can be determined by agreement. TOLERANCE OF MICA TUBE Length: 10mm to 1000mm Internal diameter: 8-300mm Density: 1.7g/cm3 to 1.8g/cm3
