The formal definition of marketing is concerned with the second facet of marketing which is an organization function that creates, communicates,delivers, and exchanges offerings that have value to customers (Lamb, Hair, & McDaniel, 2014).
Geoffrey B. Small Co. is a fashion company that has been designing clothes for 75 collections (Cengage Learning, 2014). He started small selling jeans in a small store and now creates fashions in Italy to show in Paris (Cengage Learning, 2014). Geoffrey B. Small is the perfect example of the first facet of marketing.
