Under HIPAA, are you legally allowed to view this patient’s medical information? Why or why not?

In order to get the information to the patient I have to look at the contact information which I am also allowed to view as the patients has signed all the required forms for me to do so.
In this case, how would you be able to correct your error and provide the missing document and instructions to the patient while still protecting patient confidentiality under HIPAA?
The first thing I would do after looking at the contact information is to call the patient. When I get an answer on the phone I would identify https://www.solvedcollegepapers.com/product/hs-101-unit-8-assignment
