During my undergrad year, I’ve always had a hard time with “Time management”. From working two jobs and going to school full time.
I often found myself overwhelm when I don’t have time to complete an assignment or make time for it. Once The negatively thoughts starts to form around me I tend to lose focus and track of time, which seem to always go hand and hand with every other.
