Properly understood caseflow management is the absolute heart of court management” (Steelman, 2008).
While I do agree that properly maintaining court documents, court records, court dockets, and case scheduling is vital in caseflow management, I believe there is something else that is extremely important.
I believe that the separation of cases in different court levels is vital. By this I mean that separating criminal, traffic, civil, probate, and other types of cases in different courts will allow for a smoother caseflow.
