On my communications self-assessment within the text(Soomo Learning, 2014, Ch 3) I learned that my number was a “53”.
This made me aware of many aspects within my communication skills that I knew of already but the reasoning behind these that I understood more clearly.
A good example of this is with the “knowledge of perception” (Soomo, Ch 3.4). With all the associates I managed, I always assumed that their perception of their job performance was acceptable even with never getting “feedback” (Soomo, Ch 3.7) from me.
