In this discussion between a secular approach and a biblical approach to special education. I am mindful of the audience in this discussion and will make sure I’m sensitive to the fact that both public and Christian school teachers are participating.
First let me say, I don’t consider myself a secular person but a kingdom citizen. I believe the difference in the two approaches are the peoples.
I think the common goals are the same which are to help improve students’ academic performance, foster a learning environment and find effective teaching strategies so that students can relate.
With that said I agree withAckerman, “The best way to teach students how to connect with a diverse population, is by including diversity in the schools” (Ackerman, 2012).
The word secular mean doing things according to the laws of the world system. Therefore, a secular
