Sarah Leadership Plan should start out with a scheduled an all staff meeting at least once a week.
Sarah should have an agenda for the meeting were she speaks about the successes of the team and then covers any areas of possible improvements.
She should bring up any house keeping items that have come up since the last meeting. Sarah should end the meeting by giving out praise to those that are doing a great job.
The next part of the plan is for her to find 2-3 team leads. She should mentor them to lead without a title and primary goals are to help coach others and new servers.
These team leads should be the best of the best. By doing this she is showing everyone that if they want to advance there is an opportunity.
