In Jul 2010, OpenPeak Inc., the defendant, was making computer tablet merchandises for AT&T. In their quest to insert wireless data modules in these tablets, they presented a purchase order to the plaintiff, Option Wireless Ltd., for 12,300 units of their modules that were priced at $848,700 (Marr 2).
