Self-Analysis: Behavioral Competency:
The Business DomainThe Business cluster of the SHRM Competency Model contains three behavioral competencies, the Business Acumen, Consultation and Critical Evaluation.
The competencies explain the behaviors, characteristics and the necessary know-how required for HR specialists to pinpoint, compose, execute and analyze HR solutions that converge business goals (SHRM, 2015).
After reviewing the module resources, the text readings and SHRM resources, this journalprovides a self-reflection and analysis of my strengths, weaknesses and strategies within the business domain.
