The company I discussed in my post is the company I work for and I believe in their culture and organizational structure.
Novant Health and My Perspective
Novant Health is considered a post-conventional organization because it is principle-centered. Our company believes in universal ethics-we have a strong moral identity and have moral courage.
Those values stem from the hierarchical structure and continue down to each and every employee. Almost everyone who works here has a story, some medical issue that affects them personally or with a family member.
