How much congruence do you think there is between your actual, ideal, and ought selves? How does this affect how you think, feel, and act?
I do not believe that there is congruence of my actual, ideal, and ought self because as human beings we will never be exactly what we want ourselves to be and will never be what other people want us to be.
I have always been an individual that has never cared what others think or feel towards me based on certain things. I do not seek acceptance from people as to whom I am and my actions.
When you concentrate so much on what others think about you it changes your attitude and affects your daily mentality. My actions are meant for my own satisfaction and not toplease others.
