Pertinent Aspects of U.S. Law
When considering to do business internationally, especially in regards to Mexico, there are pertinent U.S. laws that must be acknowledged and adhered to.
One in particular is the NorthAmerican Foreign Trade Agreement (NAFTA). While NAFTA is not in fact a law, but an agreement, that diagrams the principles of exchange between the US and Mexico.
It also highlights the work laws and protected innovation laws and necessities for both US and Mexico, while warranting benefits for companies operating in the locations of the US and Mexico.
